The Dchiff, also the service was very nice. We were on board with 2 people from Cologne and one from Münster. We had specifically chosen this trip because there would be a landing stage in Rodenkirchen. This was not the case, the ship turned around in front of the Rodenkirchen bridge and headed back towards the city. It can be assumed that there was a state visit by ship on this day of all days. They should have known that, I would have organized something else. Too bad.

The whole park was very well maintained, I liked it very much, the people were also nice, all in all we spent a wonderful day.

We really enjoyed the trip on the ship, it was relaxed and nice, the waiter was very polite. The voice from the tape describing the surroundings could have been a tick louder, it was a bit drowned out by the volume level on board (we were sitting outside).

It was very loud on board, unfortunately you could hardly understand the announcements and I didn't know that you could download an audio guide.

Enjoy the highlights around the cathedral from the water for 1 hour with a delicious rink! Very entertaining; I can only recommend 😎

The zoo was just great, we were there several years ago and were positively surprised how everything has changed. Due to the warm weather we unfortunately couldn't visit the upper floor of the aquarium as the humidity was very high, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Cruise confirms description. Departure and arrival at precise times. Commentary in German and English on the boat. Very large, well-equipped boat: we were seated around a table for the duration of the cruise. Drinks available.

As natives of Cologne, we did the tour with a friend from Westphalia. Ms. Salchert's voice added even more to the wonderful experience!

Booking the tickets was very easy and we avoided long queues. We particularly like Cologne Zoo because the enclosures for the animals are spacious and the animals also have the opportunity to retreat. The many playgrounds for children make a visit an entertaining affair. Everything is very well maintained, there is no garbage lying around and the paths to the individual stations are well documented.

The grounds are very appealing to visitors. My nine-year-old son also gratefully accepted the playgrounds. Shorter waiting times would be desirable in the restaurants. But that would be complaining at the highest level.

Good weather .... is of course also important. Clear and concise information on the road! Gives a different picture of Cologne.

Waiter only served one side of the guests on the upper deck and didn't make eye contact once. In the end, I went to the bar myself. Self-service should also be posted.

Special is a strong word that doesn't fit this zoo. But the child liked it. Many empty kafige and main attractions not available.

It was absolutely lovely 🥰 I have booked tickets for me and my boyfriend and it was amazing to see Cologne from the other side 😍😍😍

I liked the zoo but it was quite frustrating not to see for example any bears , lions and tigers. Probably all of them were resting in their hidden caves...

The ship had plenty of outside seating. The service was really great, the service staff gave it their all. 🤗 The audio guide was easy to understand and really interesting. We would have loved to have stayed on board and sailed another round. 😉

Booking and processing was quick and easy. The panorama tour was very nice. Staff very friendly. All in all, highly recommended!
