Highly recommend The hotel transfer was seamless with an air conditioned vehicle and on time pickup The staff was helpful, the speed boat ride was good as we were able to get from one point to another quickly Food spread was good The various stops included Viking cave photo stop Monkey beach photo stop - we could not get down due to low tide Phile lagoon-swimming Maya Bay Snorkeling spot- excellent spot but waves were rough still good experience as we were able to see fishes though the clear waters Phi phi Don - Lunch Khai island - had a longer stop here as we could not get down at money beach.

We had a great time! Park was clean and perfect size with plenty to do for a 10 and 6 year old.

The day was spent and organised by Bobby the guide .... My son bday was also celebrated with all of them on boat with a very cute cake arranged by head out team..... Overall loved it

This tour is highly commercialised tour that includes going to different islands of phi-phi. Full of tourists and over-priced Add-ons that guests can take and get to know about them only at the venue.

The waterpark is nice and fun for family. However the ticket / voucher from Headout isn't quite right. If your child is 7 but taller than 122 cm, the park would ask you to pay extra 600BHT to upgrade to adult fare. Other than that, it has been a wonderful activity.

Please next time specify that adult starts from 122 cm. My son was only 125 but they charged me additional 600 batt, so no discount as well.

Nice experience. Islands & beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed the longtail boat ride (1 hr) at Pileh Lagoon where we got to swim. We did not do snorkelling at the earlier spot. Speed boat ride was choppy esp on return. Lunch was wholesome but quite basic - rice options, noodles, chicken, fried fish, vegetarian. Kudos to Bobby our guide & his team for taking good care & an entertaining trip.

The adult rides are world class and the kids too have very different and safe slides . It's a great experience for both adults and kids. The wave pool was a wonderful experience for kids.

Headout tickets were great it included our locker so we could skip a step on entry. I suggest getting there as soon as it opens and plan to stay late as line up for rides can be upto an hour at peek times.

Pong was a wonderful guide along with very thoughtful and professional teams for both our aphi Phi Islsnds and James Bond Island trips. A great experience for our family!

Rides were awesome, enjoyed all the rides... Only thing that could be improved is the attitude of staff at Indian Delight at Tropical Beach. Staff didn't offer salad with 780 B of food being ordered first and were not ready to offer with additional order. Could see the bias for another customer buying item for only 260 B and was given salad without asking for it. Staff was not bothered about receiving the feedback, esp the Manager didn't have any sense of talking to the customer.

We have spent like half a day at the park and haven't even tried all of the rides that were there. The park is divided in 5 zones with different rides, ranging from kiddie fortress and chill river donut ride up to extreme attractions. Do not miss the artificial wave session at the central pool! One of the best water park experiences I have been to

Staff was very nice and welcoming! Big park with lots to see. Something we never did before was the big wave, really loved it.

The water park is fantastic and the waiting times are ok. Headout tickets were exchanged for wristbands at the entrance - all without any problems
