really good guide to explain. i really liked the whole thing (san vito cathedral,ancient royal palace and much more). this visit i recommend it!

What an amazing site to experience in such a beautiful setting. Learning about such a rich history and seeing how royalty, and prisoners, lived is something to behold.

We loved the experience: well organized, punctuality to deliver the tickets and start the visit, and maintaining the flexibility that everyone needs in the visit. Highly recommended experience 👍

Everything was very easy and they did what they said they would. We bought online, found the representative quickly, he explained everything, provided the audio guide and the experience was very good.

The tour is magnificent. There's a lot to discover. On the other hand, the booking system is unclear, and you don't really know who to contact, or why there's a compulsory timetable when the ticket is valid for 2 days. The pseudo-guidance system with downloadable audiophone is obscure, the content is minimalist and incomplete, and the menu anything but practical! The order of the commentary does not correspond to the order of the visit. What's more, despite a hefty price tag (€34), you don't have access to the entire site.

The cathedral is magnificent. La ruelle d'or, there's little point in visiting this narrow and crowded area and it's difficult to get around. We had taken a tour with a French audio guide, but the voice is really not great, an artificial translation, and some numbers did not correspond, which we finally did not listen entirely. The overall tour was very good

The guides were very helpful though the audio guide appeared to go contrary to the flow of traffic in the attractions. It seemed to be left to right as opposed to right to left. Very informative regardless. It could be cleaer that all you needed was the booking reference number as I was looking for a qr code.

The Prague castle is a very wonderful place of history in Europe. Amazing that is eas not damaged during WW II.

Very friendly and competent guides. But the French audioguide sucked. Steps were missing, and some weren't even translated into French. To be reviewed

We first did a lap of the green tour to get an overview. This made it easy to find all the stops. The buses were very punctual and the information was sufficient. Unfortunately, the music was very loud, so you had to turn it down all the time and turn it up during the explanations, which is why we deducted one star. Changing between the red and green lines also worked well. If you have the time, you should take a ticket for 2 days.

The guide was easy to find and their intro was good. The queue for the cathedral was so so long, we decided not to see that building but the others were interesting. We booked for 11.30am but would recommend even earlier if you want to avoid the worst queues. We got the audioguide but nowhere on the tickets or site did it advise you'd need to bring earphones, we luckily had one pair between 3 of us but could have been clearer.

The visit to the castle was good but following the explanations on the app was a bit confusing: numbers were missing or did not match the route.

A little disappointed, the guide spoke very low and explained everything at once in the courtyard: history, architecture, anecdotes, then you visit the monuments on your own. In the end, an audio guide would have been enough. Take your tickets at the reception desk will be enough.

We didn't get out QR code and didn't know where to go. Luckily we found the people with the blue and white umbrellas ( the umbrellas are a great thing to look for once we knew we needed to look for them). We found one of your workers who spoke English and he was able to help with our QR code and tickets. The audio guide was good once we figured it out.

No problems with ticket collection, nor with our contact person for tour advice, but a big problem with the French audioguide: the result of a word-for-word translation, no doubt, which was a little approximate.
