Tower Bridge and Engine Room Entry Tickets

The experience was amazing. The views are outstanding, with the high rises of the city dwarfing the ancient St Paul's cathedral and Tower of London. The tour was very informative and the glass walkway rather unnerving. It was not crowded so you could move through the attraction at your own pace. Plenty of great restaurants nearby to top of an amazing evening. Best done at night when the city is a mass of lights.

Totally loved the glass floors and the windows for taking pictures! Also very satisfied with ticketing and accessibility.

Quick and easy entrance even though we arrived before time slot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very interesting facts displayed and never felt crowd or rush through.

A great way to learn loads about an iconic global landmark and its history. Plenty of information boards, videos and audio tracks to inform and entertain. The glass walkway was just brilliant-provided you are not too scared of heights! I reckon I am pretty immune but still got a weird feeling watching the boats go though the bridge underneath my feet. A long way underneath my feet !! Allow a good hour plus to do it all properly.

Absolutely uncomplicated ticket purchase for one of the best attractions in London! It's great to visit Tower Bridge from the inside and enjoy the view!!!!

No problems with ticketing, my daughter and I enjoyed our visit to the Tower Bridge and Engine rooms. Recommended for kids and adults alike!

The place for the queue outside was not indicated at all. So when we arrived we didn t know there was a (very big) queue... We had our prebooked tickets but it was so crowded and there was no signalisation to let visitors with tickets know Where they must wait for. You should put 2 lines : one for people without tickets or with later tickets ; a second line with the good Time.

What an amazing thing to do in London. Tower Bridge has always been our favourite but to see it like this was great fun.

The self guided tour was perfect. Lots of signage to give important info. Interesting little facts about building the bridge and history of the bridge.

Overall it was a really fun experience- the bridge lifted whilst we were up there so that was pretty interesting, some of the other guests were quite rude to the staff and fellow customers, not that that is a fault of the venue but it might be an idea to have more than one guide up there whilst another is presenting. We got made to feel like naughty school kids for queuing up with our travel bags and when we asked where we should take them, the young lady was awfully blunt "I think there's a place down there, don't know" shrugs and walks off.

Ticketing experience was ok though additional fees were a kick in the teeth. It was a fantastic experience but a bit pricey for what it was. But overall a good attraction

This was a night before decision, and I would 100% recommend it! Tower Bridge is fascinating and the views are amazing!

The visit to Tower Bridge was a real highlight for us. It is totally impressive and incredibly well done. Especially for families. Our children thought it was one of the best experiences in London and we really saw a lot and I think we expected the least from the bridge beforehand. You can't imagine that it can look like this inside a bridge. Really great. Thank you!!!

Great family trip. Went with my 14 year old son. We loved the history, glass floor was lots of fun & really impressed by the engine rooms

we: myself and my adult son in wheelchair bound loved the London Bridge; most specially the glass floor walk!! We purchased tkts 2x, stayed much much longer the 2nd time.

We liked Tower Bridge and the engine room very much. Most of all the glass floor at the top of the bridge, and the beautifully maintained old machinery down in the engine room. Buying tickets was no problem, and it was good that we had tickets in advance as there was a queue of visitors at the entrance.
