The ease of booking all the activities and little waiting time. The cruise with the fun explanations in English is highly recommended.

Lack of available representatives when first locating a hop on/hop off bus stop. Information was confusing and resulted in multiple buses being missed before making our way to the desired locations of interest. Need to return to the representative to redeem London Eye and River Cruise tickets was also a little less effective than it needed to be.

A great deal for those looking to see London from every angle. Utterly practical and convinient, you go from a bus, to the Eye and right below the Eye are the boats. The boat capitain was hillarious on the speakers.

Liked the combo ticket. One item not so good, was instructed to arrive and line up at London Eye 15 minutes before our reserved time, but once we arrived 15 min early, we were told we had to wait. The boat cruise was an unexpected treat.

I have been able to get a curious idea of London with anecdotes of its history that I liked on the big bus tour. As images, the ones I could enjoy from the london eye. Luckily the best week in terms of temperature I could ever hope for. A great experience

Buses were not as frequent as expected. We waited over and hour for a bus at one point which meant we had far less time to do what we wanted

Great day out with lots packed in. It was the perfect cure for our jetlag avfgter coming in that morning from Australia.

The river cruise was fantastic. The best city river cruise I gave done. Everything in general was easy to use. I downloaded the Head Out App then downloaded the tickets to my Apple Wallet. Paperless and easy.

The boat ride was amazing super friendly staff!!! The people from the big bus are super friendly too, no matter how busy they are always cheerful and helpful :) even managing the road diversions and communicating changes to everyone. Big thanks!!

It was very nice to drive so close to the sights of Lonon and learn lots of interesting facts via audio guide. The river cruise was also very impressive. We took lots of photos on the London Eye!

The London eye was fantastic as well as the river cruise, and the bus was also a really great way to get around and see everything that you would need to. The negative that I would have about the bus is that it was frequently crowded. There was one late afternoon where the bus stopped at marble arch And everyone had to get off because the driver had gone over his hours. Everybody was left to fend for themselves to get to where they needed to, when 30 seconds later Another big bus came behind ours to drop people off and took off again to continue their journey. if we were quick enough we could've hopped on that big bus . It Would have been nice if the driver had known that bus was following could still continue on the journey for the rest of us that got off the bus. I noticed that they were a huge amount of places selling tickets to the big bus and wonder if you have two big of a Market share and not enough buses to transport everybody around. I noticed some of the other bus companies pulling up behind big bus did not have nearly as many people on them, which is something for me to think about next time?

No problem with tickets, absolutely everything in order, we avoided giant lines. It was worth it.
