Florence Cathedral Tickets with Host

It is definitely mandatory to go with a guide to understand all the history and the reason for things, I recommend the tour, it was phenomenal.

The short line for entrance was great but there were many portions if the audio tour which only had text and no audio. But more importantly we expected the audio guide to take us through the venue with audio attached to the special viewing items.

Good Morning - there was a very very long line . Only one lady staff member TRYING to help everyone .. POOR THING .. you need more staff ... having only one lady the tour started late. I was also of the understanding from the web page that the tour had a guide ... but no guide ... DISAPPOINTING to be honest .. but your ONE staff member was very polite , patient and helpful ..

Words can't express the beauty. The color and detail of artistry was amazing. It is incredible the way these works have been preserved.

The exhibits are all fabulous, the sculptures are fantastic and timeless pieces of art. Magnificent and grandeur workmanship.

The guide was punctual to give us the tickets, we only had to queue for half an hour and the audio guide was very good. The only problem is that we could not see the baptistery the next day because the tickets were valid from the 18th to the 20th and we arrived in Florence on the 20th so we could not use the tickets for the next day.

Wasn't able to access audio on iPhone and Representative on site worked hard for about twenty minutes to get access to guide. Full marks to on site rep for diligence not impressed with access issues.

Just want to express my opinion that if I get valid tickets I shouldn't have any troubles with entrance like I had with access to Catbedral. Fortunately I could get inside but after several attempts and going to ticket office and back. The problem was with some date information on tickets which was not clear for security guy on the entrance to Cathedral.

Entrance was easy and worked as expected. I would recommend the agency and the tour to everyone.

Not as wonderful as the other cathedrals elsewhere.

The artwork in the rooms is simply exceptional. A visit is a must.

We visited all the scheduled monuments and the audioguide was a great help.
