We bought the 48 ticket for Monday and Tuesday, but on Tuesday the buses were not on duty :( . What was very positive was the boot tour and the friendly staff

The bus had a number of stops near interesting places. Unfortunately, it was raining hard the whole time we were on the bus so we just stayed on the bus. I will say that the transfer from the pier to the tour bus was slightly complicated, particularly on the return since they initially refused to take my proof of purchase, even though they had accepted it on the way out. I think you should have less complicated ways of ensuring that cruisers don't have to stand in bad weather for long periods of time to get back to the ship. The bus driver was very good and announcing the stops and making sure people had time to get on and off And the audio description was very clear and informative.

It was nice to get an impression of the city, and to be able to get out at points of interest to us.
We would have loved to take the boat tour (also bought tickets for this), but it was so crowded. At least an hour of waiting time. We didn't have that much time.

The morning bus and boat tour was great. The only disappointment was that there was no Japanese audio, and when I tried to get on the bus on the way back, both buses were full, so I had to take a taxi to the cruise ship, which cost 40 euros. I think there are fewer buses in the afternoon.

A driver from this company was not very friendly, and there were several times when it was not possible to get on the bus because it was simply too full.

The bus RED uses barcodes. We got qr-codes.The ticket office was closed, on a Friday, often the busiest day.Otherwise we might have been able to convert the tickets to barcodes. There are three types of buses, they could not tell us which one we should have.Red is red,he😤.Then the waiting times. We were in Copenhagen by train around 9.30 a.m. Around 11.15 a.m. we were on our first bus.We got off at the mermaid where we could get back on the bus fairly quickly. But on the third time we had to wait for more than an hour and fifteen minutes. It was around 5 p.m. We wanted to go to Newhavn but didn't dare because there were so few buses and we knew they would stop around 6.30 p.m. In other words: a shitty company. And you could already see it in the drivers. They were so NOT friendly.Which I can understand if the employer lets them take care of the mess of their bad management.BOOS
