The food was quite average but the experience was good. The staff were nice. They also take photos of you and then sell them to you!

Myself and partner were pleasantly surprised with how fantastic the evening was. From the moment we stepped onto the vessel, we were greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality. The staff were very prompt in getting us our drinks, and the three course meal was delicious; consisting of delicious traditional Turkish food all round! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of entertainment in the form of dance shows, live music and audience interaction - the talent of these performers was outstanding! We didn't expect to have entertainment throughout, pretty much, the entire cruise. The belly dancer in particular was mesmerising; the audience were transfixed! The outside views themselves were fantastic, and it was very easy to see it all without having to get up from our seats! The experience was also such great value for money; we'd spent more money on just a one meal earlier that day (and the cruise dinner was far better!) Overall, it was definitely the best experience we had in Istanbul, and I'd say it's definitely an unmissable experience. 10/10.

I went in December, there were no queues. I did not find the audio guide, neither downloadable nor in QR. Anyway you have to keep in mind that if you go from Spain it is not worth activating the data because of the cost, so if it is not downloadable or if there is no wifi available it does not work. I think it would have compensated me to buy there directly

I love the food and the various programmes inside the boat .I would recommend this package. They also take your photos and if we want those to take home, we can request for one for 10 euro. They have an option to request for the whole album for 90 euro. I would recommend to select the photo of your choice, which is the economically best.

Everything was good but they took picture of you without telling and than put album on your table and ask 44000 TL for few pictures and i personally feel harrashed and ashamed because its embarrasing.

The Palace is a marvel, too bad they don't let you take pictures to have a souvenir. By the way, I took the tickets 5 minutes before entering and very well.

With the electronic tickets we had very easy access to the palace. The tour through the audio system was excellent. We spent 4 wonderful hours in Dolmabache. Amazing cafe to relax in the palace gardens. No photos allowed inside.

Our cruise was at night and with dinner included. The cruise was very nice - I wss worried I would get seasick but the boat was steady enough. I only wish there was some information or a self guide about the places that we could see outside the window. The dinner was good with a couple of chices for the main course, although, none vegetarian ones. The one thing that was not quite okay wss the price of the beverage - a glass of wine cost 500 TRy!!! And intially we weren't advised of those. And when we asked for the bill we were told it was 400 TRY, so we had to bargain for that price to be applied - which is still a lot!! Everything else, including the program, was very nice and enjoyable!

The palace is very impressive. Of incredible richness and magnitude. Something to improve: the toilets, few and very dirty. They do not match the environment. There is an image of poor management by those in charge.

Just a comment about the cruise not about your service : The food wasn't really good, no tea at the end, the music was really loud.

What a beautiful place! I feel like most people concentrate on the historical sites in Sultanahmet and they overlook this gem! We spent more time here than any other place we visited! I did not like that you can't take pictures inside, because there were a few rooms that I would like to see in pictures when my memory starts to fail me.

Had an amazing time at Dolmabahche Saray. Bought the tickets super easy an hour before the visit, skipped the like and simply entered. The audio system was fun and helped me to learn a lot about the palace. Thanks a lot, it was great!

So beautiful, well mantain, the gardens were impressive, with such a beautiful view of the sea. We loved! History, rooms wow

Everything was excellent!we received the tickets by mail and the entrance was very easy scanning our mobile ticket.The staff was helpful and informative and choose for us our language which was very convinient.There is so much to see the palace,the harem,the national gallery.The gardens are awesome and the cafe in the national gallery is peaceful with a beautiful view!Crystal staircase was on renovation,despite this everything was enjoyable!

There was a separate QR for each of us. It would have been a lot easier if both of us had been on one QR code After opening the first QR code it was very difficult to go back and open the second. We didn't go to the palace ticket office since we already had tickets. We went straight to the palace entrance. But the audio guides had to be picked up at the ticket office. That wasn't clear in the instructions. So we didn't get the audio guides.

It was great to see Dolmabahce Palace. Tickets delivered to me immediately. I enjoyed the great service they provided to us.

It is a beautiful experience, I liked it very much, I recommend it and also the purchase at Headout was very good, no problem with the tickets. All my expectations were met.

The experience was so amazing, it was a nice immersion to the turkish lifestyle during the different ceremonies & waiters were so friendly. That would be great if the dessert menu could be improved with a reasonable album photos prices ;)

It was easy to order the ticket on line though I did it right before going. It saved me much time because I didn't have to stand in the line.The audio guide was also very convenient as I could move in my own tempo. The palace itself and the gardens around are very beautiful. Add the terrific view of the sea, ducks and a swan in the pond - one feels like in the paradise! I didn't feel like leaving!
