Superb tour. Well explained itinerary. I would have liked to know a little more about the people who live there today.

Ticketing went well and was done well in advance of our visit. The castle and other buildings are wonderful. Loved seeing St. Georges, and the Windsor Castle itself. The Doll House was fascinating and a beautiful piece of art work demonstrating extraordinary craftmanship of the era.
Such a nice place. Also love that it is right in town and other shops to explore.

The whole experience of Windsor Castle was amazing. I'm proud to have such a beautiful landmark in the country I live within. The whole tour was wonderful we enjoyed it all very much. The most memorable moment was seeing where the late Queen was laid to rest.

We had a lovely time walking round the castle. We didn't realise that St George's chapel was closed on a Sunday, which was slightly disappointing. Overall we had a good time

the visit to the castle was awesome. magnificent interior spaces breathe history and endless stories. I was sorry that I was not allowed to take pictures in all the interiors. I will never see beautiful coats of arms or porcelain sets anywhere else. I was very pleased with the friendly approach of all employees and their willingness to show and explain anything. it was an awesome trip.

It is VAST. Very likely the most informative and educational outdoors trip in London and around and likely one of the best botanical experiences if not the best. The primary reason is the plants and exhibits have excellent stories and descriptions suitable for an expert à newbie or even a kid. The must watch is the Princess of Wales observatory for amazing switch in the maintained weather conditions as you move through the room and probably the most recent of the setups. The kitchen gardens also shouldn't be missed although both come at the end of the standard kew highlights walk if you were to follow that. Of do plan to spend enough time in the glass houses as there is some amount of walk between the key points and overall the cover most of the park. A full day would be necessary and possibly not sufficient to cover all primary spots unless you plan the order of tour, walking time and keep enough time for all. It has definitely got some great spots for kids but the walking around could be tiring. It has an excellent children park in the middle but including that can take a up a lot of time too. Most plant exhibits will close by 3pm unless it's the summer time I think so plan accordingly and start early.

It was wonderful: the château is splendid. The audio guides are very informative and suitable for everyone. We had booked for 12.30pm, but arrived early and were even able to get in 1.5 hours early, which meant we could take our time and also enjoy the Long Walk and Eton in the afternoon.

It was great ... Was just a little disappointed that are tickets, purchased this way, were only valid for the day whereas purchased from Windsor Castle direct, they are valid for the year.

Easy to book tickets, and being able to avoid the queue was a bonus, had a really good day out visiting the castle and then a walk round the town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and how much of the castle we had access to. We were also delighted to be able to go into the Chapel and were really pleased with the food we purchased on site

Trip was fine but disappointed that the ticket I had bought was not an annual pass that could have been purchased elsewhere

We loved everything about Windsor castle! It was an epic experience! The magnitude and magnificence of the building blew us away! We also loved learning about its history and the fact that it has been lived in and used since it was first built in the 1100's!

The ticketing was easy and we even gained entry ahead of our allotted time. My husband uses a mobility scooter and the staff were wonderful. From the first entry point and all around the castle all the volunteers were so helpful. They couldn't do enough to make getting around the whole venue as simple as possible. With great thanks to them we were both able to see every room and area of the castle. It was a fantastic visit and one I would recommend to anyone who enjoys general history, and royal history in particular.
