we appreciated the fact that we could leave from the station and return at a time that suited us. no ticket problems, perfect. Otherwise we enjoyed the final ascent in the snow to the refuge (thanks to the weather), the ice cave and its sculptures and of course the landscape of the Bernese Alps and the comfort of the expert eiger as well as the cleanliness of the trabsports , restaurants toilets ....

Our son was visiting from the States and we wanted to something special. He wanted to see the Alps. Well this was the most amazing way to see them. We spent 3 hrs up there including lunch. What an experience of a lifetime. Do it. We started at Grindlewald and took the lift to trains. WoW! Just beautiful.

We had an online ticket and got through all the checks without any problems. We found the many route options great. The spot is a real experience! The many options on the mountain were also great! On the return journey, the train attendant/ticket inspector gave us some chocolate! What more could you want? Thank you!

Top organized, super interesting tour in the rock unfortunately visibility zero 🌨️🌨️ We will come again and hope for a clear view. Staff were very friendly. The V Bahn is an incredibly great building.

Superb infrastructure. Well signposted. However, on the website, it's badly explained that the reservation time is for the cogwheel train, as I had understood that it was for the start of the entire ascent, i.e. from the cable car. I took the 11:15 train when I was supposed to take the 10:45. However, once I got to the top I enjoyed the view.

Overall concept of parking, gondola ride, train ride, Top of Europe attractions with the option of going outside. No overtourism!!!

Hello, incredible place, I was lucky enough to leave early and during the week, so I didn't have to wait for the various set-ups to take to get on top. It's a bit frustrating to see whole groups go past you, but it was well managed by your staff. I cried at the 360 cineama, and also had a lot of emotions at the part devoted to the creation of the site. Unfortunately, there was a bit of work going on during my visit, but it wasn't too distracting. Thank you for a very emotional visit.

It was okay, but there long lines for everything and my ticket was looked at as a "get in the back of the line ". The train ride was mostly under cover and not as advertised. It was an okay experience but for €211 CHF, I expected more. Thank you

Transportation was efficient, timely, and comfortable, and the entire experience at the observatory and in the Ice Palace, was magical!! We had a picture perfect day with the weather that added exponentially to the magnificence of the experience.

This pass worked wonders and is such a great deal for anyone who wants to experience a flexible trip in Switzerland. I used this card to visit Jungfraujoch and also took scenic trains. The discounts were huge. I also found the card super easy to use.

So glad I purchased this card, it saved me so much money. I loved having the freedom to buy tickets as and when I needed them and still getting a big discount on all of them. I used the card for scenic trains and mountain rides too, which was awesome because those can get pretty expensive.

This half-fare card worked very well for me. With this card, you get 50% off any tickets you purchase for trains, buses, or boats in Switzerland. I also used it on scenic trains Bernina and Glacier Express. At the end of my trip, I could see a huge savings because of this card.

Appreciate all the work that had gone into building the cable car and railway to the top. The direction to the various stop points at the top is well organized.

Everything was great. We loved the snow park and snow tubing. Very impressed with the Eiger Express and cog wheel train service. Had a great time. Jung Frau is definitely a must visit attraction!

The Eiger Express was smooth and fast. The train and the Top of Europe at Jungfraujoch were both amazing. The weather did not cooperate for us but it was still an amazingly big day!
