I didn't know that you could rent flip-flops, costumes and towels, so I went the day before to buy everything, losing a lot of time and money of travel with uber. The website was not clear.

We liked the hot springs, they are very complete, they have everything. Problem: totally overcrowded, which makes you can not enjoy most of the services offered, it is better not to go on the weekend because we could only bathe in the pool, the rest all busy.

Very pleasant and relaxing spa establishment. Clean and functional space, spacious and cozy rooms. Very positive experience and one to be repeated. Purchasing tickets through the app was easy and intuitive.

The guide was very knowledgeable, detailed and explanatory, had a sense of humor and gave us a relaxed and detailed tour without being in a hurry!

Amazing place to visit, highly recommend!!! Booking the tickets straight to the phone was quicker and prevented standing in a long queue.
