From Cairo: Grand Egyptian Museum Audio Tour with Transfers

The guide spoke perfect English so he was easy to understand. He was able to explain everything very well. I wish the tour had been a little longer though. The best part was that the tour guide didn't drag you to a store and pressure you to buy stuff. He was literally the only one who didn't do that

In Truth we did NOT have an experience with you. My wife booked this event and didn't notice that the date for pick up was not correct, booking #22226438. Assuming all was correct we did not monitor the email and did not reschedule in time. So as I understand it you showed up at the hotel but we were still in the USA. Thus we never went on the tour and so my comment above is invalid but I need someway to contact you about the situation. My wife has since rescheduled and paid for a new tour booking #22243419 for the correct time and date, January 5, 2025, 10 am at he Fairmont Nile City for pick up. Thank you for your concern. Hello Amy, How is it going with our refund? We are still waiting. The Tutanchamun Exhibition was IN ANOTHER MUSEUM, where we had to pay again. So this is a scam! Greetings Julia

The car was late to pick up and the car itself was smelly and cramped. four persons. of our age did not enjoy the experience. Secondly, the audio guide tickets was not included as advertized, and so we had to rent on our own. All in all we don't intend to recommend this service to anyone.

We paid for a guided tour with a visit to the Egyptian museum and a visit to the Tutankhamen exhibit, but the guide did not show up only the driver came to take us to the museum where there was not even an exhibit, fortunately at least we did not have to buy the tickets ourselves, which was not fair.
