i was disappointed with my experience at this Universal park. The staff seemed insincere and incompetent, taking a lot of time to resolve issues with my scheduled entry and Express Pass. The Express Pass itself was very expensive and limited to one use per ride, which didn’t justify the cost for me. The idea of an Express Pass is to enjoy favorite rides multiple times without long waits, it is a scam to be honest.
