Combo (Save 5%): Dinner Buffet at ARAS Restaurant in KL Tower Tickets + Kuala Lumpur Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

I think it should be told if you book for 8:30 that ur not able to collection 1 minute before hand which quite ridiculous. Also the lift attendants were rude to paying guest. Beside those issue at the start dinner was good. Also when ordering drink the server kept telling us it's not free and the cost more then two times which I was find rude as if we could afford to be there.

It was a good way to see parts of the city but is flawed by not embracing technology for ticketing and information. With online ticketing there would be no need to good to station 1 to retrieve our 24 hour ticket. The guide was ok but the narrative was bland.

Very easy to book and very easy to pay . Fabulous food and a magnificent view . We experienced the high tea on our last visit and that was wonderful. We will attend again next time we visit KL.

We enjoyed our day on the hop on hop off bus very much thank you. We spent the day on the garden route with stops at the central market, national museum and bird park. All were good with the bird park being our favourite. We found hop on hop off a great way to get around. The booking experience with Headout was fine. Efficient and easy. One bit of feedback. We arrived at the ticket kiosk 15 minutes early as advised. Staff were at the kiosk but it wasn't open. 5 minutes later the bus arrived. People started walking towards it, but couldn't enter because their tickets hadn't been issued! It was only then that the staff opened the kiosk. My advice is that if you tell customers to show up 15 minutes before departure, make sure the ticket kiosk is open at that time.

I was called at 9.20pm the evening before the event and told that instead of 6.30pm, my booking for 2 was being changed to 8.30pm. The caller insisted that the original booking could not be kept and hung up. I called the next morning around 10am, was told the same information, and that the venue could not be contacted for 3 hours. All this time, my email and online bookings remained at 6.30pm. I received a call from the manager of the venue at 12.20pm, and he advised me that there would be no problem and we could keep our 6.30pm booking. When we arrived at the venue, the manager personally came over, introduced himself and apologised for the phonecall and Aurelius change. He advised that a large group of 150 rowdy patrons had booked, and that may have been why we were being shifted. The restaurant was more empty than full at 6.30pm, and was only just starting to get busy when we left around 8pm. We will definitely visit KL Tower again when we visit again, but will book directly and don't intend using Headout ever again in the future.

The ARAS Restaurant is awesome. The buffet looks very good, the food tastes great and the view ist wonderful. Staff is very friendly. The tables turn around the buffet. It's visible but not too fast. Unforunately we could not book a table at the window but taking pictures was still possible. On the Observation Deck, the view is the same. It's more worth spending time at the restaurant ARAS.

The experience was very good. Place Is awesome, food much better as expected. The online purchase of tickets was very efficient and problem leas.

The revolving restaurant is a great idea. Seeing all of the city light come on and the Petronas Towers with an uninterrupted view at night was fantastic. Paid for a window seat but was then told that it couldn't be ordered on line so got scammed there. The food selection was massive but not authentic Malaysian so for people who don't like spices and flavoursome food it is probably brilliant. The restaurant staff are amazing.

The only problem was the lady bringing us to the table. We had booked a window table and a lot was empty. But she kept on saying in an unpleasant tone, that we couldn't get one. We then said we would leave, which got her to fetch the manager and he made us a window table, even one of the luxery ones with room for six. The real waiters was so polite and helpfull. Hard for an European, that you cannot get a beer or a glas of wine to the fine food, but we understand it is of religious reasons.

We are very sorry to have missed the dinner because I got a bad cold and it was too late to cancel.So tough in 2 ways we missed a GOOD experience and secondly lost money .Anyway such is life.Hopefully there'll be a next time visit to KL to for full this meal.Thankyou/terima kasih.

The city tour stopped several times for 10-15 minutes to give passers-by time to take photos... this was neither obvious nor desirable for us. Especially as the stops took place in the blazing sun. Amazing experience at ARAS and I will bring my family the next time around. Everything is AWESOME. 2 thumbs up from securing tickets @headout (thank you headout) to staff services to place. Most impirtantly is the 5Star rate to Aras Food! Im inlove with it. Thank You.

This was ok, The buses are very old and there is no voice describing monuments by headphones, but it was a valid way to discover some hidden places of KL. Kind guys ticket checkers.

This my first time using a travel app. In terms of ticketing, it is simple and straightforward so i dont have any issues to buy tickets. Secondly, there are lots of travel experience offered in this app. My first travel using this app is sightseeing Kuala Lumpur by using Hop On Hop Off service. Its really an exciting and enjoyable experience I had during the trip. Will be looking forward to explore more travel experience with this app.

The ride was great. Got to see most parts of the city and was able to hop off visit some places and at the same time take pictures. Would definitely recommend

The venue and food was fantastic, I would recommend it 100%, Booked on line with Headout, and no problems at all, we paid a small amount more on arrival to have a window seat, but all seat were good. Travelled as a couple.

We sit upstairs without roof even it's hot but you can see better view.First we took the garden route and we love it so much and second one we took City route.Overall was good and we enjoy it!!👏

The bus route was well planned, and covered most of the popular tourist spots of KL. The bus was clean and comfortable.

Mostly everything was great, just spoilt by one member of staff. I think she forgets that a trip to the Aras 360 restaurant is a trip of a lifetime for some people.

There was a great choice of food , the views at night wonderful , tickets was easy to get , lovely experience . And when leaving the light outside in time to the music playing was lovely Would highly recommend . And very reasonably priced
