Up At The O2 Tickets

Our guide, Max, was great from the beginning, he was well organised and enthusiastic. The experience wasn't rushed and we had enough time at the top to take in the views and hear some interesting facts about London and the area. So helpful to be provided with coat and shoes. A good way to spend a morning as a family doing something different. Would recommend to others.

Excellent. Equipment provided was great-felt safe and secure. The group leaders were brilliant, friendly, interesting and most importantly helped and reassured older people like myself. Really good experience, shame about the dull grey sky!!

Very well organised. Great welcome and instructions from the team. A real positive is that you are instructed by a team member from initial safety briefing, to kit room, to photos, to ascent and descent. Including a very interesting "tour at the top". Our guide was Cheryl and she did an excellent job! Not just with our group but also the other participants. Well done O2!

The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Great group size The dome at the top was wonderful. Would point out it was slightly slippery on the was down. So don't walk side ways! I would do it again

Very well organised, we were lucky to have a sunny day with great views. We did the IFS cable car first. Thorough enjoyable experience

Our guide Jack was amazing, I walked the dome with my mum who is 84 and Jack helped and encouraged her all the way. His knowledge of the surroundings was great and his sense of humour really made our day.

The experience was excellent! We went up at the o2 for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. The only down side was having to download an app to access the tickets. I would prefer them to be on email.

the whole experience was first class , arrived early and was allowed on the earlier climb , safety instructions were clear and explained well , our guide was very good and made people relaxed with no need to rush . would definately recommend .

I loved it from start to finish. The information before was great to know as had no idea the O2 was themed around the year.

Tickets were easy to book and useful to have on the headout app, as I can't always access tickets in other ways. The climb over the O2 is a brilliant experience, well organised, with friendly and well-informed guides. I felt safe at all times. The view from the top is spectacular and being able to spend time there, with information given about the places in London is great.

It was great fun! I was apprehensive as it seemed like not much to do for quite a bit of money. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, our climb host was great and kept the enthusiasm up throghout. The views from the top were great as we had a nice clear day. One of our party is afraid of heights but was ok with it as it is a sloped climb and there are no sheer drops you can look down from. It's an experience that I found tough enough to be rewarding but not so tough I was getting angry as to why I'd decided to do it!

We loved it though I found the first third hard going and got a bit panicky - my fault as I'm 76 and should know better. However we are so glad we made it and Joey was great.

Staff were friendly, informative and efficient. Would definitely recommend a summer evening slot as the views were amazing and we were very lucky with the weather! Our guide, Theo, was excellent 😊

Very well organised. Good paced. Good size group- not overcrowded. Leader was AWESOME. Very understanding and patient with my medical needs, never made me feel an inconvenience or that it was unachievable.

Our tour guide was great! She was very informative and made sure we were all happy as we were climbing. She kept checking back to make sure everyone was comfortable. She thoroughly checked our harnesses and made sure we were safe and secure. The views were incredible up there, it was nice to stop, look at the views, have a drink and take some great photos.
