Booking tickets is easy. Mobility assistance is available. Staff arefriendly. Souvenirs are cute. Loved seeing the free-range orangutans, elephants and other animals up close.

The animals were kept well. The keepers and other staff organised good shows and explained to the audience about animals and nature. Great experience

Excellent experience, almost all ecosystems present and you are very close to the animals, which are treated very well.

Everything is always clean and well signposted, so you don't have to worry about which way to go, and the circuits are very well organized. There are plenty of benches, drink dispensers and shelters. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. In short, a real treat for a relaxing day out. Singapore Zoo is a place not to be missed.

The app can improve for ease of use. I am a Snr resident and book a ticket with the information and still need to submit again to get a bar code and have to book another 2 tickets for non resident - need to key in twice the Visa and receive confirmation twice .- combine them would be easier .

Loved most of the animals. Sadly no polar bear & penguins anymore. My kids were really hoping to see them. Good facilities and friendly staff.

The entire experience was overwhelming. The freedom and absolute confidence that the birds felt and flew around, the recreation of habitats transports one who visits to real time experience of the habitats of the species. The only regret is that I couldn't spend more than than I did.

We enjoyed the layout of the zoo and the animals that were present in Singapore. Even during the middle of the day, the animals were out and visible. An enjoyable day for the kids.

What's not to love, the lush vegetation and amazing homes provided for each group of animals was just as Mother nature intended. The staff are amazing. Friendly and super helpful. Lunch was delicious and super sized, the drink and ice cream cafes dotted around the complex where great... no one is going hungry here. I wish we had our children with us, kids world was right out of this world. This is a super day set out for all ages. Free walking Lima's, mummy sloth with her but on her tummy, pigmy hippo with his dancing ballerina feet had to be my favourite. I shall make it a must every time l am passing through Singapore. Love. Love, love this place ❤️

I had visited the zoo on many occasions for the past 40 years with my children grand children and foreign visitors. The sea lion show was outstanding and the rest was good except for the elephant show which was disappointing as compared with the past. I used to have a hard copy indicating amongst there the feeding times for the wild cats. Could not fine any such information. The tram ride was a great improvement as we don't need to wait for a long time to hop on. F and B outlets were a great improvement. My foreign guests and I will be visiting the Birds Paradise next week. Over all the zoo experience was amazing. One great disappointment though was why foreign guests were granted 8% discount and residents were made to pay more?

Beautiful zoo. My wife loved the Orangutans. The sign posting around the zoo was a little disappointing though. Overall good experience.

One of the best Zoos we have visited worldwide. It has interactive activities for kids which engages them to learn about animals in a fun way.

Although it's not that easy to get the admission ticket barcode directly from the headout app (as need to go to the Mandai website to make dates reservation etc), the overall instructions on the headout app are clear and easy enough to guide me thru the whole tickets registration. And the zoo is just great with so much open architecture and space for the natural habitats and also with resting area / restaurants in between exhibits, especially like the kids playground station !

booking ticket was not easy process. Being a non resident the web site doesnt accept and always shows try after some time. even the toll free number doesnt work. and it was a big problem till last minute for slot booking. website needs to be user friendly

The most amazing zoo we have ever been too, we loved seeing the lion and elephants. The walk through the garden with the animals and birds free roaming was outstanding.

Actually it's my daughter who booked the tickets for me. The good thing about it is that the tickets appear on whatsapp instead of email which makes it easier for me. Good experience..

The proximity to the animals was quite extraordinary for a zoo. Staff do a brilliant job of caring the animals and enabling the public to interact r soectfully with the animals.

The birds and the venue are awesome! Wish I could have changed the night safari as I was worn out by the heat & not go any further, so I had to leave.

I loved everything, I am an animal lover and always check out the zoos when we are traveling. However, In true Sigaporean style the experience is a level above anywhere else. The zoo and bird paradise have been amazingly organised, with an incredible assortment of Animals and Birds. I really loved the Pengunes. Thank you, Tanya Lewis
