Loved all the rooms. Different in so many ways but all excellent. Only downside was we were about to book online but as we were so close decided to pay on the door. It was £62 against £54. Why charge more? Went back to online and downloaded our tickets.
However, still worth a visit 👍🏻

The attraction is beautifully created, combining both soothing and calming music, but also all the paintings and lightings are lovely. I've read on the informative signs at the entrance, which not only shared history and facts about the paintings displayed with the projectors, but also experiences from visitors. One of them read that a person who was a non-verbal autist during a visit with the school, spoke to their teacher for the first time after visiting it. They said they'd love to live in Frameless. That was quite moving (I'm a neurodivergent, not with autism). So if you're one and planning to visit, it's a really nice place. However, I'd avoid going during the weekends, as many children are there and it can lose all the calmness it could bring on weekdays.

Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. I had a group of children with me and needed urgently to charge a phone whilst in the exhibit. No one was able to help. Poor customer service and dis engaged staff. Not a happy team.

I wasn't really sure what to expect, however, this exhibition is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in such amazing live art work. I certainly recommend this exhibition for all ages.

There are much much better immersive museums around, with bigger venues and more interactive features (Netherland, Singapore). This was not one of the impressive ones. Sorry....

Easy ticket purchase but didn't realise I had to download the app to show my tickets.
Great experience, loved the reimagining of these famous artworks.

We loved immersive experience, feeling we were part of the art. It was a different way to experience the art. We all enjoyed it - me, my boyfriend and my teenage daughter

Ticketing experience was smoothless. The exhibition was absolutely amazing. We particularly liked room three. The gentleman who was outside room four was a little abrupt with his comments about not sitting on the floor or touching the screens although he did offer us chairs to sit on which was a nice touch we felt but it did not deter from the wonderful experience. We have and will recommend to friends and family.

This experience is extraordinary! Everything is magnificent: colors, movements, music, etc... a wonderful time! This lively, vibrant exhibition is a must-see. The best part: the very pleasant and friendly staff, especially in the boutique! Many thanks to all ... Keep it up, it's breathtaking and magical.

It was very innovative and immersive. Each gallery offered something new and made one think about the different artists and their works. I have recommended it to friends and relatives and hope to return.

Your beautiful boat at sea... The incredible waves and storms.
But the whole expo was incredible (atmosphere, music, entertainment). Bravo

Everything was perfect. The various topics were beautifully done.
My only tip would be to regulate "influencers" who irritated The experience by posing around the room.

The on- line ticketing was easy & provided instruction for arrival.
The wall explanations were well organized & described helpful information about the layout of the exhaustion as well as details of all the works.
Everything was well orchestrated and we did not feel rushed or too crowded to see everything..
Each room was a different experience & I loved watching the sheer delight of the children who were mesmerized by all the colour , light & movement.

the fact of immersing ourselves in well-known works, and having all the colors change around us, with music, very nice realization!
