We really liked the Basilica Cistern and recommend visiting it.
Hagia Sophia is beautiful, but the problem for foreigners is that if you are not a Muslim or a Turkish citizen, you cannot enter the first floor😕

Having bought the tickets in advance, we didn't wait in line at all. We walked right past dozens of people.
The tour was magnificent!!! Not very long but very beautiful to see. Definitely worth a visit to Basilica Cisterne!!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

I went to queue at the gate of Topkapi palace to be told that I needed a printed ticket to enter and could not use the QR code of my online réservation mail.
I had de go back to Topkapi café to request for the assistance of a guide to skip the queue. The guide was very professional and very helpful

A large palace with several courtyards, I think it deserves to be visited several times or over a whole day. Generally speaking, I found the entrance fees for monuments in Istanbul to be very high (Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower, Basilica Cistern and Sofia Mosque (which we didn't visit because of the 50-60€ entrance fee...). Maybe it's due to the current inflation in Turkey. In any case, my friends and I were quite shocked by the prices. Having lived in Paris for years, even the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the Château de Versailles are much cheaper. For example, the price of unlimited access for 1 year to the Versailles estate + queue-cutting access to the château and other advantages is equivalent to the price of a single entry to the Topkapi Palace... hence my surprise.

done off-season, it works as a line skip , probably makes more sense in high season. The "guide" drops you off at the entrance to the Harem, then it's free from there.
Topkapi Palace is really big to visit completely. 3 hours minimum

Amazing experience! And with the headout tickets purchased online, a seamless and efficient entry into both the hagia sophia and cistern.

Overall it was worth it thanks to the "skip the line" at the Cistern Basilica and the escort inside the Topkapi Palace. For the St. Sophia basilica, unfortunately, the queue was for security checks (40') for which the "skip the line" option was not provided, as, moreover, indicated beforehand.
Overall, the judgment is positive.

The visit is great and the guide friendly, but we were in a very big group and had to wait everybody to go through the police control and the entrance. As such we finally had to wait longer than if we have had gone by ourselves. Probably the skip-the-line in summer is useful but not in winter...

well organized and interesting audio guides for the Cistern and St Sophia.
On the other hand, the audio guide is confusing for the Tokapi Palace. On the mobile app, everything is first marked courtyard no. 1. You have to understand that you have to press 1 to scroll down. What's more, the battery on our cell phones means we can't listen to the whole audio guide.

Hagia Sophia is one of the wonders of the world, for me. It has so much history and has played such a vital role for two great empires. A must for anyone interested in history.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The lady at the ticket line helped us get set up with our audio tours quickly and efficiently. The cistern itself was incredible

The line was so big and how I bought the tickets before it was so easy to get in without line. The place is amazing and the audio guide was excellent.

My hotel was very centrally located - less than a 5-minute walk from the major tourist attractions - and thus very nice to do everything on foot. The Hagia Sofia is enduring evidence of the vast civilization that the former Constantinople carried with it; for that reason alone it is important to visit this structure

The ticket pickup point is very far from the Topkapi Palace ticket counter - give yourselves time to get there! It is a timed entrance. We had to hurry through Topkapi in order to make it to the others. Seeing these 3 things in one day may be too much. If we had to do it over, we'd buy tickets to each venue separately and only visit Topkapi in one day.

We have never been in a cistern before, it was very interesting. We purchased an audio guide to learn about the history and Medusla. It was great.

What I didn't like is that we got the guide in Spanish and it was only available in English. The audio guides do not work well. The rest was fine.

It's all quick and easy, as long as you download the app! As for the Basilica of Saint Sophia, it's grandiose but very poorly maintained, which is a real shame. Expensive ticket for the condition.
As for the basilica cistern, it's my favorite!
I recommend the service.

Due to rain and storm, we could not finish 2 visits on the booked date. The day after we could use our tickets for the palace and for the cistern without problems. Very ok of course. This is as it should be with a reliable provider. A 5 star experience. We recommend this!

Nice 'Skip the Line' facilties, once we found the right place. Somewhat more specific directions, especially for Topkapi Palace I.e. Next to the main gate, would have been extremely helpful. We came in a side entrance and had to ask 5 separate people for help

The "ste Sophie, Topkapi, basilica cistern" combo is a must for anyone visiting Istanbul. Handy if you have an Internet connection, otherwise a bit complicated. Wire-cutting is relative. It's best to visit in the morning, as it's more crowded in the afternoon. For Topkapi, you have to wait for a guide (even if you're on your own) to pass the 2 controls (main entrance then harem), otherwise you'll be turned away (which is what happened to us 😉). Allow 1/2 day for the palace, it's very big and very beautiful.
