Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The lady at the ticket line helped us get set up with our audio tours quickly and efficiently. The cistern itself was incredible

The line was so big and how I bought the tickets before it was so easy to get in without line. The place is amazing and the audio guide was excellent.

My hotel was very centrally located - less than a 5-minute walk from the major tourist attractions - and thus very nice to do everything on foot. The Hagia Sofia is enduring evidence of the vast civilization that the former Constantinople carried with it; for that reason alone it is important to visit this structure

The ticket pickup point is very far from the Topkapi Palace ticket counter - give yourselves time to get there! It is a timed entrance. We had to hurry through Topkapi in order to make it to the others. Seeing these 3 things in one day may be too much. If we had to do it over, we'd buy tickets to each venue separately and only visit Topkapi in one day.

We have never been in a cistern before, it was very interesting. We purchased an audio guide to learn about the history and Medusla. It was great.

What I didn't like is that we got the guide in Spanish and it was only available in English. The audio guides do not work well. The rest was fine.

It's all quick and easy, as long as you download the app! As for the Basilica of Saint Sophia, it's grandiose but very poorly maintained, which is a real shame. Expensive ticket for the condition. As for the basilica cistern, it's my favorite! I recommend the service.

Due to rain and storm, we could not finish 2 visits on the booked date. The day after we could use our tickets for the palace and for the cistern without problems. Very ok of course. This is as it should be with a reliable provider. A 5 star experience. We recommend this!

Nice 'Skip the Line' facilties, once we found the right place. Somewhat more specific directions, especially for Topkapi Palace I.e. Next to the main gate, would have been extremely helpful. We came in a side entrance and had to ask 5 separate people for help

The "ste Sophie, Topkapi, basilica cistern" combo is a must for anyone visiting Istanbul. Handy if you have an Internet connection, otherwise a bit complicated. Wire-cutting is relative. It's best to visit in the morning, as it's more crowded in the afternoon. For Topkapi, you have to wait for a guide (even if you're on your own) to pass the 2 controls (main entrance then harem), otherwise you'll be turned away (which is what happened to us 😉). Allow 1/2 day for the palace, it's very big and very beautiful.

I believe you can buy the ticket and audio guide on your own (I recommend it). The palace is stunning; if you plan to explore it in detail, it may take about 6 hours, and it truly is worth it.

It was fast, in-no-time entry, the place is a must-visit attraction of the city as it's absolutely unique. We were amazed by the architecture, engineering and atmosphere of the place and definitely recommend it!

The cistern is a treasure! We loved the haphazard placement and stacking of column sections to hold the ceiling. The brickwork was amazing, the lighting was fun as were the modern sculptures. We especially loved the column bases that were heads - one upside down and one sideways. And the Medusa sculpture and shadow perfectly projected on the wall. The skip the line process was simple and saved a tremendous amount of time standing in line. Well worth it!

In the end, I waited half an hour (from 9 a.m., Palace entrance opening time, to 9:30 a.m., group entrance time) and queued more for our group than for other visitors. It would be preferable to have the entrance start at 9 otherwise the queue jumping makes sense after 10...

We were able to access the site without too much delay and discovered this magnificent palace with its museum and gardens! We couldn't visit the Harem because we couldn't reach our guide, but the rest is enough to dazzle you for the afternoon!

Very easy to purchace online. But guide gave us nothing about the audio guide as audio guide suppose to collect from a counter near the ticket office. You can skip harem as it is not worth for money. But do not miss museum with holy relics in courtyard 2 and bosporus view in courtyard 3. Get your audio guide from the counter as the application based audio guide has only limited information. Better to carry some snackes and water as it is super expensive in the cafe.

It's pointless to sell a "guided" tour when all the "guide" does is to scan your QR codes at the entrances and then leaves you on your own. Tourists are not that disoriented, they are more than capable to manage that on their own. For such expensive tickets (even in places like Barcelona, it costs less to visit the main attractions) this is ridiculous. Either get rid of the guides altogether, or at least have them make an intro to Topkapi & harem history for 30 minutes or so. Also, it's not mentioned anywhere in the instructional email that you have to receive a printed voucher from the desk to get into the palace. Some people just joined the group at the meeting point and had troubles at the entrance afterwards. Please add that to the instructions, thanks!

Arriving and seeing that there is a very long line, but you have the electronic ticket skip the line and get in without waiting a minute is important especially when you have a few days and want to see as many things as possible. Reliable service.

The tickets for the basilica cistern and hagia sophia without queues were incredible. The system for the Topkapi Palace, bad. They could send the QR like the other 2 attractions.

The ticket cutter was very effective. Friendly staff. Concerning Saint Sophia, disappointed by the maintenance of this beautiful world heritage site at the price of admission! As for the Cistern Basilica, a very nice discovery, well presented. The audio guides were satisfactory for a first immersion.
