The scanner at the venue was out of action I had to spend >10 minutes filling in forms on my phone - was very frustrating.

Easy to order tickets, staff were available and ready to assist as needed. Lady on the front desk very helpful and made us feel welcome. A very positive experience.

I found the exhibition really interesting, entertaining & thought provoking. I learnt a lot about the artist. I saw the exhibit advertised on the train. It's the only advertising I have seen.

Great exhibition easy ticketing

I had explained to the support person that we had an incident involving police and our Airbnb where someone tried to break in and we couldn't make it because we were waiting to be moved on Christmas Eve with a 7 year old we asked to move our booking to Boxing Day and they weren't able to accomodate that even with special circumstances. Disappointing and will not be spending anymore money with this company.
