it was first expirience with bus tour and we liked it, we have one day in Rome and that was the best solution to quickly look around and see main points and hear historical facts and information about the Rome. Castel Sant'Angelo is absolutly must to visit with its history and nice views from the top of the castel.

Quick entry, well-marked tour route. The tour offers some very fine views. The château itself is interesting. So are the exhibitions.

We were able to skip the queue, which was great. In general, Castel Sant'Angelo is just a beautiful vantage point. The inside is rather empty. If you want to have a nice view of the Vatican City and the Tilber, you can do that. You can also watch a great sunset there. Value for money okay

Me and my friend booked two skip the line tickets and we just roamed the castle ourselves. No guides or anything but still it was a beautiful experience. And as for the tickets we just showed them at the staff at the entrance and everything went smoothly. I advise anyone who wants to visit the site to book tickets as the waiting line was very big. We received the tickets at our email about an hour after the payment as it was said

We liked being able to start at any stop on the circuit without having to go to terminal 1 to begin with.

The imposing building and all it contains take you back in history. Beautiful collections of paintings and antique objects.

Simply convenient , arrived when most convenient to me within the 'day without booking a fixed time, and entered immediately skipping a queue that made the desire to enter pass..... highly recommended to visit this Roman wonder

The visit is worth it, very good views over Rome and collections and rooms with works of art. Not overly crowded, not crowded.

Audioguide It was not indicated that it would be downloadable to the cell phone. We did have headphones, but the jack was for the traditional audio guide, not for the phone. This required an internet connection, and not everyone has the right package. Time-consuming procedures, ticket collection point not indicated, unclear booking information. However, the girl who finally took charge was competent. Difficult to manage the photo application. Little historical explanation. Problems managing stages.

Great attraction, my 9yr old certainly was more engaged with this than say the Vatican etc...walked straight in, app was easy to use!

Definitely worth paying for advanced tickets as the queue was huge. Very interesting building with 2000 years of continuous history. Awesome to think Hadrian was buried there. Lasted better than his wall

The castle was interesting. Too bad the ticket person was not wearing the uniform to identify her clearly. So waited 45 minutes until we realized who she was. Could not connect to WiFi audio well

Oh it was a wonderful experience ,no more standing in line and waiting for your turn, just go ahead of queue and dwelve in the history of majestic castle

Everything as described. The audio guide is an app - could have gone into more detail about the history here and there It was more along the lines of "Americans, quick, quick"

The staff or guides at the entrance of the castle were very attentive and cordial people, willing to provide any information at the time required.

The structure's conservation! Amazing! And, everything inside it... Details, everything! And of course the landscape vision from rooftop! It's breathtaking!

That the site that sells tickets accepts almost all credit cards--some little problem with foreign ones as if Italian banks were the center of the world--and that the staff is very attentive to the reduced mobility of visitors with some mobility impairment. The rest all ok

The entrance without queue. They should point out on the signage more details about the areas being toured, as well as a coordinated circuit to avoid going through the same place twice. Also the number of steps that the stairs have in each section where they exist.
