London Sightseeing Cruise: Flexible Tickets

Had bought tickets but hadn't downloaded App. Couldn't show staff the code / download but friendly staff didn't complicate matters and let us board. Thank you. Enjoyable boat-trip (have done twice now!) to rest legs and travel comfortably from The Tower to Westminster.

The man who gave us information was amazing! The whole crew were so professional and helpful. They made my mum and I feel valued. A massive thank you
