Show was memorable, surpassing all expectations. The performers did a great job leaving it all in the stage. The music, the outfits, everything was extraordinary. My wife and I loved the show and would highly recommend it

The whole palace was a "madness". The "palace band" in particular was an absolute hit. It's not easy to see such a great "chapel". Buying the ticket and getting in (we were at the entrance about 1/2 hour early and were let in without any problems!) was absolutely stress-free and pleasant. It was a highlight of our trip to Madrid. I will be going there again with my wife !!!!

The architecture of the palace is magnificent, it's the best palace I've seen. i'm not much of a museum lover, but the prado attracted me too much. I won't hesitate to visit again if I get the chance. to be recommended

A little difficult to find the entrance, but the overall tour was nice. We didn't have a guide so we explored the palace on our own, which was pretty okay, i think you will only need an audio guide if you wanna learn more.

We visited the Royal Palace on 31/10. I highly recommend taking the queue-cutting tickets, which saved us a huge queue. We took an audio guide which really helped us understand the tour. A very pleasant visit.

Wonderful!!! Unique experience and a must-do. The dancers, singers and guitarist, were crazy, mind-blowing, engaging! The whole audience was ecstatic. The theater allowed the right acoustics to their performance. They managed to convey to us that flamenco is not a dance but an art from the depths of the 'soul. Rated 10 with high praise!

We did indeed skip a long queue by buying tickets online, and the palace is undoubtedly beautiful, however I think it is relevant to mention that the Palace has no air conditioning, which makes the experience, inside the rooms, unbearable to say the least, my family and I were sweltering in the middle of autumn.

Overall we were very happy with the whole experience. The skip the line meant we were in the MUCH smaller line. Didn't take long to get in. We were a little unclear as to where our correct entrance was but we got it. The Palace was amazing. We would recommend using Headout and visiting the Royal Palace.

The process of buying a ticket is simple and there is no need to print it out. The palace is very beautiful and huge. If you are in Madrid, don't miss it!

I visited the palace second time was astonished like the first one. The great thing was that we were allowed to take some photos. The only dissapointment was that the armour museum was closed. Would be great to see it again.

We went to the beautiful and breathtaking King's Palace in Madrid . Stunning!! There was a line up for for people WITHOUT tickets, that was easily 60 people deep. My Mother and I went right up to our entry ( people WITH tickets). Absolutely NO LINE up. We just walked right in. She is 89 years old, this was the BEST experience for us. Thank you so much.

I bought the ticket in less than two minutes while I was still in the hotel, half an hour before the time and avoided a huge queue in the blazing sun! I loved it. The palace is also well worth a visit and I couldn't have been more pleased!

Impressive palace, rich and very well preserved. By ticketing online we skipped an endless line. Audio guide also in Italian language!

We totally loved our tour at the Royal Palace of Madrid. The Palace was very breathtaking and photogenic and we enjoyed every minute. The only point i would recommend they should work on is the air conditioning as it was very hot while taking the tour, beside that everything was great and the tickets booking with headout was very easy and convenient.

The palace is a must-see, a great experience, not very crowded in the mornings in August. However, the queue cutter avoids a good half-hour wait...also a must-see panorama at sunset...

The place is beautiful, it takes you back in time. There are fantastic rooms with high-tech decoration for the period (decoration of the room with ceramics, sculptures in different materials, furniture without nailing and great modeled wood). But sorry to say: there is poor organization in where you need to go, especially where the main entrance is, only when you find the entrance and enter do you realize that there are two rows and that you are probably in the wrong one

The Royal Palace of Madrid is certainly an essential destination when visiting the city. A place rich in history and filled with works beautifully created by the best European artists who served Spanish royalty. Also very convenient is the ability to choose the type of ticket directly from the app.

Good upkeep of all spaces. A man touched a velvet wall and immediately got corrected by a staff member. The blue room is super pretty. I particularly like the statue I call "man bashes baby".

Booking the ticket was very easy and highly recommended. The time of 10.30am was perfect, so I had access to the palace very quickly and the visitor numbers were still pleasant. The palace itself is sensational and the splendor is indescribable. You have to see it, it's not fantastic and absolutely recommended. 👍🌺

We didn't have to wait in line, the palace is amazing inside and we loved it. We would buy tickets again through this way
