First experience on a cruise in putrajaya even though many times dh dtg here on work matters but only able to see and then je... so, bru ade time nk try... thank God everything is organized and organized. The cruise itself was excellent. But the tickets was an issue. The counter staff did not recognise the booking because the booking was for 6pm ride but there was no 6pm ride on the schedule. However there was a 6:45 pm ride. So we had to wait for an hour and were put into that ride. As a result we had to cancel our dinner reservation that suppose to be at 7pm. Luckily the cruise was fantastic if not a memorable evening turns to an unpleasant experience. I hope Headout to be more careful and updated with the scheduling. Thank you.
