America's Cup 2024: Cruise & Frontline View

We bought tickets to see the bases of the America's Cup teams and some boats on the water. Neither one thing nor the other. We were told that the same boat ticket was good to visit the America's Cup museum. When we arrived at the museum, they could not scan the code and told us we could not enter. They finally let us in. Greetings.

Hello, It was hard for me to find which specific boat is allocated to this ticket and I had to spend time to ask around. It was written that I get ticket to museum while check in to the boat and when I asked noone knew about it and said that I need to ask at museum. When I came to musem it took time to investigate and first entrance was denined. They had to call managers and after finding some phone number on the ticket I was allowed to get in. It was not pleaseant to spend time like that as I was coming spesifically to this event from Salou and back (in total 5 hours) and was limited in time because of bus schedule. But time on the boat was quite good and I could enjoy seaview. Kind regards, Jevgenia

Great service from the lady in the kiosk. The catamaran took us close to the race circuit and I got some really good pics. And the Americas Cup experience that came with my ticket was so informative and an immersive experience.

Very easy process and fabulous experience

The experience did not match what the advertisement said, it was a misleading advertisement. Because we were going to see the training of the America's Cup boats and we did not see a single boat. The only thing we did was a sightseeing tour of the sea on the catamaran, but nothing at all about the America's Cup. It was a real joke. In fact, we have made a complaint to the company City sailing because, as I said, it was a real joke, with false advertising.

I bought two tickets: America's Cup 2024 Vision cruise and front row vision (56€). But unfortunately the activity did not correspond to the inclusions mentioned on the website. In a way we felt cheated, as it was a totally different activity. At the end of the short tour along the coast, without seeing the America's Cup sailboats, we returned to the starting point. When we got off the catamaran we went to claim a group of people to the information point and ticket sales at the same dock, and here we were confirmed that the activity did not correspond to the tickets purchased. We were given an email address to file a complaint and claim our money back. We will wait for a response and depending on how we will raise the complaint at the consumer office and Sindic the ombudsman.

I never get to visit museum.
