Being able to see a panther and tiger so close! Heartbreaking though that they have to live alone in such a limited space. Good that it exists (especially for my grandson), but have double feelings about it. Was a lovely day, beautiful zoo

Giraffes, Polar Bears, Seals we loved them all and the fact that we could see them up close was a bonus.

I booked my tickets for Sunday 29th of September when I tried to proceed with the payment my card was declined and when I did it the second time, the booking date was automatically changed for the 30th of Sptember , which was the next day. As a result I could not reschedule or cancel my tickets since it was less than 24hours in advance not I was able to contact the customer support because that was not available on Sunday. I had to buy new tickets at the zoo and spend another 90 euros. Total waste of money and time I would never recommend headout for booking tickets nor I would use it again, it is a scam!

Put a barcode on your tickets! I had to buy 3 new ticket as the ones that I was sent from your company the zoo doesn't accept. We went to the ticket point and was denied entry. Had to buy 3 new tickets on the spot. I expect to be refunded and also sent a mail to support on the same day 15 September. I hope that you will be fast at resolving this situation. Hi The tickets we've purchased was not expected by the zoo because it had no QR code. We had to purchase another tickets on the spot.
