Tickets were simple enough to understand what exactly was being covered . It was very smooth to gain entry to the attraction using the QR on the ticket

The viewing platform is sensational and when walking around you have great prospects, unfortunately the gastronomy is not so great, it is a great experience

Ticketing experience was not great as they did not me an email. But your people were so helpful trying to fix the situation- they get 10 stars. We loved the ride but your workers trying to fix the missing Conniestothard@yahoo.com - spectacular.

Great experience. Best thing for us was the ability to hire a wheelchair for 2 dollars. This made everything accessible and much easier. Lifts were easy to find and staff were very helpful.

Easily access by public transport, short walk through gardens to atractions. Evening light show was fantastic, crowds after moved well. Close to marina bay for evening meals

No places to sit after purchasing food at Shake Shack. Separate tickets needed to see the super trees due to christmas set up, forcing people to line up on paths surrounding trees.

The ease of getting there. The ease of getting through the line. Lots to do between wait for the lift. Most of all i loved the beautiful night view. Recommend the night flight!

Gardens by the Bay was an awesome experience, highly recommend. As it is the Christmas season the decorations were lovely with a floral theme. The Cloud Forrest was the main attraction for us, the waterfall feature that greets you at the entrance is a wow moment. Then, if you can handle the heights, the views from above are wonderful. All in all, both experiences was awesome. The ticketing experience with Headout was also a good experience, receives the electronic tickets soon after payment. Booking through the Headout App is also a good experience.

The Christmas decoration were good but I've seen better flower decorations in the dome. Overall, good experience though.

We had a great time at the venues. We did not like that we had to open a pdf to scan barcodes. Better if they were tickets you could add to an Apple wallet.

I liked the excellent organization and assistance during boarding, the modernity of the facility and especially the panoramic view at sunset with the of the city lit

The view coupled with the running commentary. The AV show on the history of Singapore was excellent. The booking experience was good. Wish there were markers for certain landmarks especially Little India and Chinatown.

I did not like the venue and felt it was overpriced Flower gardens-just some artificial stuffy dome Cloud forrest far less impressive then free inChangi airport I then buy a Christmas pass and stayed for the light show I didn't think that the flower dome was very interesting I did like Monet show, but I have seen this before in as a city. The venue here had really strong wet carpet smelll Overall, my recommendation would be skip this 2 paid attraction and enjoy light show from the park or buy $ 11 pass to be close to the trees diring light show

The view was amazing. We enjoyed the Big Bus tour through the skyscrapers (until the rains came). This allowed us to finish the tour.

The dome with the waterfall was excellent. Lots to see and enjoy. The flower dome was disappointing as it was going through a change of display. Wouldn't have purchased the tickets if we had known.

Buying and redeeming our tickets was super easy. I downloaded the app and everything was smooth sailing The Flyer was great although it was rainy the day we were there. Still super enjoyable. Gardens of the bay is fantastic. Loved everything about it. The light show was out of this world. Highly recommend

The journey was excellent. The price what I got from the site (SGD 40 pax) was more than what others purchased for the same ride around SGD 30 to 34).

So easy to book and received the e tickets with no issues on my phone. The gardens by the bay are fabulous especially if you go late on in the day and stay for the sound and light show. It was the highlight. Views from the observation deck of Marina Bay Sands were spectacular.

Great to see both the gardens and the Marina Bay Sands. Really liked that the Garden tickets were valid for a month so we could visit the parts we missed on days one. The information could be a bit clearer that the supertree skywalk and observation deck are not included- we had to buy separate tickets for that.
