Early Morning Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Guided Tour

I think Headout partnered with a local tour group, we had a representative from "The Tour Guy". It was a little tricky finding them at first, if I remember correctly their sign was a variation of The Tour Guy so I wasn't sure if it was a different tour group. But looking back at the reference photos they sent out, they indeed were at the spot they said they would be. Our tour guide was fantastic, I believe her name was Francesca (I'm writing this review late, and I'm terrible with names). She was very knowledgeable and a bull when she needed to be (making sure our tour group wasn't cut in front of by other groups, etc.). She knew exactly where to take us to maximize our tour of each location. This is a LONG tour, you WILL be tired by the end of it, but it is SO worth it. This tour was the highlight of our stay in Italy!!

The excprince was really graet. The tour guide was very intresting and full of knoledge. The onky dwonside was the crwod at thw vatican museum. It whould have been better to start there before all the people arrive.

Our guide, Rita, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the information she was presenting. We had plenty of time to see everything and weren't rushed through. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and our time with Rita.

Our guide was very pleasant. But the big advantage of the guided tour is that you get to spend time in the Sistine Chapel! And you don't have to queue to get into the Basilica.

The tour guide was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable about the artwork and the history. We really enjoyed the tour. It was way better than we expected.

Our guide, Oxana, was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. Every room was overwhelming and as an art lover, I felt elated to be in the Vatican Museums.

The guide Eleonora was great! We learned a lot thanks to her, and all in a very lively way! She's a really good guide, and her background as an archaeologist gives us a broader, more vivid view!

This walking tour in the Vatican city was one of the highlights of our vacation in Rome. The Vatican Museuns, The Capela Sistina , Saint Peter's Basilica are beautiful, they are masterieces, but I have to say that our guide Rita made this experience personal and interesting. We highly recommend this early morning tour!

The guide spoke very fast and the sound of the audio guide was bad. We had trouble understanding Conor and what he was saying.

Our wonderful host Oksana 💜 She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable but at the same time adjusted to the group consisted of adults but also kids, teenagers and elderly. Shebis so full of interesting little stories and details which made the trip so funny and interesting. She was very charming and compassionate about the group feeling tired and constantly cheered us up. My teenager, not a fan of arts and history, said that this tour was the experience of his life. Thank you, dear Oksana, it was all your credit.

Our guide Lia was really great. Full of enthusiasm, she took us as her "family" throughout the morning. Standing so early in St. Peter's Square is a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the tour and all the wonderful stories.

Definitely the must-do tour of Vatican City as we skipped the ridiculously long lines, had an excellent guide who gave us an art history perspective, trekked all the way up the Dome of Saint Peter's Basilica, explored the grottos, wove our way through the highlights of the Vatican Museums and admired the Sistine Chapel. Our tour group wasn't too large and our guide, Maria, shared her wealth of knowledge and passion for the tour. This is the only way to tour the Vatican!

The directions for meet up were clear and the QR code was provided upon purchase, the guide was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude!! Earlier was better too!

Our guide Fabricio made the 6+ hour tour very worthwhile! He brought history to life with fun stories and enthusiastic storytelling. Unfortunately for the crowds out was only very limited, as even at 7 am it was standing in lines and waiting.

Being able to skip the queue was great. Our guide was really good, very warm and patient, compassionate to some of of the tour members who were physically challenged and made arrangements to ease the experience. She is also very clear and quite funny. *Not all guides we came across speaks with clarity.

A very interesting tour with a very informative guide. Unfortunately, the group was quite large, so we often had to wait for someone.

The place was very crowded but nevertheless, it was a unique, enlightening, informative experience. Martha our tourguide was amazing.

It appears that they oversell the Skip the line tickets as the place was crowded and it was hard to navigate our way around - even the guide had difficulty in keeping us altogether.

We thought the meeting point was easy to find, the tour was very thorough. We saw a lot in a short time frame. Our guide Marianne was fantastic & very knowledgeable.
