Recently I visited to night Safari at Mandai. It was awesome and adventurous🥰🤩. Taking tram (almost 1 hr) is recommended if you have kids & old parents. Walk around best option💯 you can use whole night (7.15 pm to 12am)

The tram ride was a great way to see the animals without having to walk around in the heat. Only suggestion would be that the tram stops for slightly longer at the enclosures to allow for better photos - hard to photograph when the tram is moving.

The highlight for us was the friendly night zoo attendant, who personally showed us round the exhibits then got us back at 8:30 pm for the feeding of the pangolins. He shared so much information it made it an awesome experience. We booked our night train for 7:45 but did the night trail walks first, so by the time we got on, there was no queue.

I was expecting to see a range of animals that would normally only be visible at night, nocturnal creatures. Instead it seemed as if we saw all the regular animals, except that it was dark. We were a bit disappointed.

The ticketing system was a real pain. When we arrived at the tram we were told they're was no need to book and to get on whenever we felt like it! Bit concerned that the bull elephant looked a bit stressed?

Not usually a fan of zoos but have visited Singapore Zoo twice in the past during the day. Loved seeing a great variety of animals in a night time setting, in what seems like good enclosures.

I was with my family 3some. I did not book time slot after booking my tickets, which was full that day. Just when we thought we have to come back another day, a lady staff was so nice to let us in after taking picture of our time slots for the next day. She made our day! 😃

Headout stafff responded to my questions promptly. If the time slots for the tram ride can be more ecplicit before customers buy the ticket, it will be more helpful for them to make suitable decisions for individual needs. The website now is only for making payment first. The available time slots came after the payment was completed. For a tourist with time constraints, the system can be improved by listing available time slots before the customer decides whether to buy the ticket or not. I found the available time slots were too late for me, and the payment was not refundable. Facing such a situation, I needed the staff to let me know whether it was allowed for me to go to the zoo earlier even I had to wait onsite for taking the tram ride. It was kind of frustrating to bear worrisome along the excitement to visit the zoo! I do appreciate your help and hope this feedback can Be helpful to improve the system issue. Thank you

My first experience 5 years ago made me come back to see night safari, I was disappointed because most of the animals were no longer there such as the zebra and giraffes

The zoo and Night Safari had different procedures for ticketing. Should be consistent. I didn't like having to paste the booking ID to get my barcode... nor did I like having to load yet another app on my phone to get tickets. Why not send an email with the barcodes? The app did not work. It froze. At Night Safari, a helpful employee confirmed that the app wasn't working and had me delete and reinstall it. It then worked, but it was my understanding that without it, I could not gain entry. Not good! The zoo experience, once in, was good

The venue was great, very busy but so organised. But the night safari itself was a tram ride only to see a couple of animals from the distance which was over before you knew it. A bit disappointed

Application is very convinient to use, offers have been good. The only challenge is to register to enter the Zoo which was not a great way of issuing final tickets but I believe that is a Zoo related process. I wish head out can resolve this. Caution, I would recommend that visitors can either do a night safari or Zoo. I did both but didn't find value.

The transport was uncomfortable and would be good to have more frequent shuttle (every ten minutes). There was a long queue and we couldn't board the first shuttle and had to wait more than 20 minutes and it was overcrowded and noisy.

Had to wait around 15 minutes for receiving the confirmed tickets. Also, we had 6 separate tickets, and entering booking Id 6 times to generate a bar coded ticket is very inconvenient. You should issue bar coded tickets instantly like Klook.

The night safari was such a great experience that I would recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. On the tram there was clear commentary throughout and being able to see the animals as close proximity was wonderful. It is also a fantastic way of avoiding the Singapore heat.

While it rained we made use of the zoo tram to see where we wanted to go. The river of wonders river cruise didn't operate due to rain even though it wasn't raining and hadn't for some time. The highlight was feeding the elephants.

Im not a fan of the zoos because the animals are usually kept in cages with a complete lack of their natural environment. I absolutely LOVED experiencing the night safari with animals being out and about, doing their own thing in a completely different way - free! The tour was extremely emotional, and seeing so many local species left me more than impressed
