Habitat is a fantastic place to visit. You are walking up in the mountain jungle canopy. We saw insects, monkeys, birds. We would have seen more except for many noisy large groups of humans, who didn't seem to realise animals would stay away from them!

Enjoyed the whole experience of the dinosaur park, aquarium, n The Top! Food was good. Friendly staff! Staff were helpful to suggest coming the next day to enjoy all three experience. As the dinosaur park closes early and the supervisor the next day gave more helpful suggestions.

It was easy to book and had no trouble using the online tickets.

Scanning the tickets for entry to The Habitat was quick and easy. Loved the tranquility of this place.

To walk through amazing plants / trees, breathe fresh air and learn about the history of the Hill as you go. The treetop walk was incredible albeit it was cloudy the day we were there. However if it had been bright blue sky and clear, it would probably have been too hot! We are pensioners and due to a recent injury, we have to limit our walking but this was well worth a few achy muscles the next day. The ticket experience was okay.

The view from the 68th floor was fantastic. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the Skywalk as we didn't know that we needed our passport number.

I had a great time walking the paths & admiring the views from above. This was an enjoyable way to escape the heat a bit.

Rainbow Sky Walk was the highlight. My sister and I are scared of height. However, we managed to step on the glass walk after seeing some senior people walked through the sky walk without fuss. The aquarium is big with many species of fresh and salt water fishes.

Ery straightforward to make the booking. We appreciated the discount for seniors. The payment by credit card was effortless and all went well for us. The convenience was very much appreciated.

I was leading a group of friends of 13 pax. 1st booking of 10 pax was great. I received the confirmation and the QR Code (via email almost immediately). 2nd booking of 3 pax was done. Credit card payment was successfully charged. The confirmation email stated that it would take a while (30 minutes) for the the QR Code to be sent. The QR Code email came like 5 hours later. Fortunately, the staff (Corina) was helpful to call the booking center and allowed the 3 pax to enter the Penang Hill Habitat.
