It went passed alot of great spots in New York it was easy and convenient to get on and off.. all the staff were super friendly

I liked everything, but I fell in love with the Impressionists and Tiffany glass! Everything was outstanding!

Our experience was awesome! Alex our guide was an excellent communicator right from the start. He was so knowledgeable and very passionate about the art! You could tell he really loves art and enjoys his job. He kept us moving along which I loved but also gave us a nmoment to ask questions. I definitely would recommend this tour and tour company!

Once we figured out how to connect the ear buds it was great. Little hard to figure out but luckily I could see someone that was connected and I figured out where the plug was (underneath the box) What I didn't like was several busses ended their route before we were expecting them to, and we had to change busses, even though we needed only one more stop to change to the uptown route.

I love how passionate our tour guide was, Mr Mike was one of a kind. He knew almost everything in The MET. I would love to meet him and I recommend him for his great work.

We had such a great visit with Phil. His explanations on each of the highlights of the museum were interesting and fun. We had a great morning at the Metropolitan thanks to Phil. We highly recommend it

The all day pass for both uptown and downtown the commentary was great but on a downtown commentary was intermittent and went around second time and got off were I wanted excellent service hardly waited for transport thank you

Our guide had a thick accent and soft voice. It was really difficult to hear him. Also our guide started talking before we all got to the item he was talking about. He walked really fast! I have older parents and it was hard for them to keep up with him. Overall, I really do not think our guide should be a guide.

Tickets were easy to book and to redeem. It was a great way to lots of the city, including places we probably wouldn't have gotten to on our own. My husband really enjoyed the narration.

Ticketing was very smooth. Bought online and staff member scanned QR code and printed tickets and off we went! Red Loop was great, Jimmy was very informative as well as entertaining. Blue Loop was not so good as too many stops and not so much info.

The concept of getting on and off at various points is great; but one bus dropped us off a block before the regular stop, and there were no directions to the sights listed - for example, Rockerfeller Center and Grand Central Station were a few blocks from the drop off point, and there was no one to direct us. The audio gave very little direction or informaton; too much of it was just music, and the narrators were silly. I would not recommend Big Bus for New York.

When I purchased the tickets for the red and blue line, I did not expect that going to both venues were not possible. They should recommend doing one or the other, not two. I was not able to see it all. Then the bus conductor was very disrespectful, he was using foul language and then wasted about 15 minutes, since he insisted on doing this paperwork at that very moment and not utilizing the time to drive to the various locations. With that being said, the time crunch set in. I have to experienced hop on at many places but this was the worst.

First and foremost,I enjoyed the sightseeing experience on red and blue lines of the Big Bus Tour.My 4th of July was fun and memorable experience, being in a crowd at Time Square.New Yorkers and visitors enjoyed the Independence Day filled with entertaining activities,and the early evening spectacular fireworks celebrating and commemorating the Day of Freedom of all walks of life.

The guide Ken, he was knowledgeable and friendly.
