The Dubai aquarium and underwater zoo experience was wonderful. But we had a terrible experience at Burj Al Khalifa. Our time was 11.30 AM but we had to wait 2.5 hours and we reached at 1.30 PM. Please next time mention the waiting time before purchasing the tickets.

Very beautiful aquarium with magnificent fish. The penguins are sad because the space is ridiculous and they are cramped.

Although tickets on other platforms were sold out, we managed to purchase tickets for the same day, the experience was great, and we were even gifted a small souvenir at the end!

Ticketing experience awesoe, easy to understand, perfect instructions. Visits experience great, well organised event. We went there at the morning and there were not so many people, and we didn't had to wait for too long. Excellent experience and breathtaking views from 125-126th floor. Thank you.

Despite tickets with dates and precise times, which we respected, we had to queue for 45' to get on... then another 20' to get off... All in all, not much. It's a pity there's nothing in the queue to entertain the children or explain the history and construction of the tower, for example... The best thing is to see the tower from the outside, not the inside.

Acqaverium and Underwater zoo was okay, Bhurj Khalifa and Safari was very good, Price was not 25% cheaper, as many travel Agents were offering lowe prices

It's an iconic building but I had expected the walk on the glass experience. I guess I didn't read the description. Queues could be managed better, people who have already redeemed their tickets must be on a different queue from the ones who are still going to redeem. It's a peak season so the queue to get in and out was very long

Our captain Adil Safari ride such a nice guide he is.actually i was first time in uae but his presence in safari ride was so comfort ❤️❤️

Khalifa is awsome desert guide and have us the best dune experience possible! He made our time in the dunes memorable and took us to great places! Thank you

Really enjoyed it. The kids were already amazed by the huge glass window before even going in. The tunnel was my highlight, my son loved the crocodiles and my daughter loved the penguins. A great family trip.

Great way get to see must-see Dubai attractions. Tickets were the cheapest that i have seen so far on all platforms. They were easy to redeem and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Too little space to explore, not much space. Petronas Towers in Malaysia is more interesting to explore. Very long ques and waitings with normal tickets.

We really liked the aquarium well worth a visit but Burj Khalifa the wait was far too long approximately 2hrs standing waiting to get to the lifts. We had previously visited at the top on another holiday to Dubai and decided to revisit with relatives who had not been before and it was very tiring for all. Maybe not selling as many tickets each day and making it a more comfortable experience.

The experience with Headout was ok. Up to the top is wonderful, the only problem was the waiting time to take the elevator.

We booked on line and the tickets were delivered to my phone for easy access at the site. The Burj Khalifa is worth the visit and DO NOT forget the light show. Thank you "HeadOut"

Ticket experience was awesome. Burj Khalifa was great but aquarium and underwater zoo didn't meet expectations... Was expecting more but got very less to see...

Crowd management is horrible. Waited in queue for 2 hours to reach the top. Once I reached the top my mom couldn't enjoy the view and she had severe leg pain standing. There are more senior citizens and kids visiting. They should make some seating arrangements on the way. Or they should have a cap per timeslot. At the top you hardly get place to sit peacefully and take photographs. People everywhere!

My experience at Burj Khalifa At the Top was absolutely breathtaking. The view from Level 124 & 125 is unparalleled, offering a stunning perspective of Dubai’s skyline. The observation deck was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The interactive displays added to the overall experience, making it not just visually impressive but also educational. However, the crowd management could be improved during peak hours to enhance the overall enjoyment. Overall, it was a memorable visit and truly worth it!

Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊
