Combo (Save 8%): Pena Palace & Quinta da Regaleira Tickets

It was simple to get tickets and the instructions were simple. The Palace was amazing and easy to follow with the crowds.

We thought that in the Peña Castle we had an audio guide but to our surprise when we went to listen to it we didn't have it. I don't know if it was a mistake but just as we had it in the Regaleira we understood that we also had it in the Peña Castle. Since with the price we paid it should be included.

Time slot wise entry. Palace was beautiful 🤩 cloudy weather made it more memorable and mesmerizing. Worth visiting there. Must visit place in Lisbon.

I really liked the Pena Palace, but not the Moorish Castles. Very tiring with difficult access. I didn't think the combo was worth it

I really liked this place! Highly recommended! Mystical place, esoteric place. I had a lot of fun and didn't want to leave. I wanted to walk around and explore every corner. Numerous grottos, caves, labyrinths, beautiful gardens, flowers - you can see the care of the staff. The labyrinth was very impressive. It was interesting and scary at the same time to walk with a flashlight through the labyrinth, not knowing what lies ahead. I will definitely come again!

A fantastic trip, the palace and the views from it is unreal. Everything went smooth. My only complaint would be I didn't realize I would need ear phones and then wasn't able to sync the audio with actual tour in real life. But that's probably me being not very tech savvy.

The access was perfect to the Pena Palace you have to be half an hour before at the lower entrance from there it is quite a distance to the Palace entrance

My girlfriend was screaming at me on the Tuc Tuc because of the traffic and we got lost and the man in the Tuc Tuc tried to bring us to his home. But other than this the Palace Pena was a great experience. Thanks to the Tuc Tuc we made in time 👍

To buy ticket was fairly simple but not always clear. For example we did not know that transport was not from the train station to the castle but when in the castle area up the montain only. Also the audio guide was not coming with earphones. We had to bring ours. This was not specified clearly enough. So we missed it because we did not bring our earphones. Finaly the access to the castle park was not on the same site. So we had to buy another ticket with unlimited hop on anf hop off bus to get there. So not to happy but we saw the castle.

No problems with tickets from headout. The issues are more around the stress caused by getting to the experience in the right time frame, or else your tickets will not be accepted. The palace is up a big hill, you need a bus or taxi to get there. The Uber had trouble finding us, and we were very stressed. The palace was also very busy, and we were there on a Monday!

Did not enjoy the huge amounts of people allowed inside on each time slot. Getting pushed from behind by other guests and the staff shouting to move along. Wanting to move forward but unable to. Treated like a herd of cattle. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks to skip the interior and just take it in from outside

The views were awesome! And the palace was beautiful. The queue was a bit confusing, but otherwise the experience was amazing.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING, it is spectacular! We took the 17:00 entrance, although we entered half an hour earlier, we saw the sunset on one of the balconies of the palace and it was amazing!

That is a must see while in Sintra. We walked from the village to see both Castles, the Moorish and the Pena. Although it was very busy with tourists (us included), long line up, but once we were inside the Pena castle, it was easy to get around without being overcrowded. We also had a nice lunch at the Pena cafeteria before leaving.

Felt rushed to go from Pena palace to Regaleira because of the times on admission ticket. Plus finding out how to get to Regaleira, waiting for bus and walking to Regeria took time. Regaleira wasn't crowded and was allowed to go in later than my time slot thankfully.

I was recommended to buy tickets online. This can only be done on the 11am and 12pm time slots. So I was obliged to adjust my travel schedule to these time slots. But there was no one standing by in the afternoon. Why are there no time slots in the afternoon?

Impressive interior Thought way too many people in the venue especially as a world heritage site Parkland very busy Cafe again extremely busy and difficult to find a seat Toilets busy and not that clean the toilets at the entrance Exterior disappointed ☹️ very dirty and needs cleaning/restoring etc Several parts high and unfenced etc a h and s concern

Things that could be better: The information available about getting to the castle was still not clear. The address provided on my ticket and on google maps did not send me to the castle, it sent me a one hour walk away. This really messed up my planning, as I was techincally an hour and a half late after rushing through an intense hike through the mountain. I also felt rushed through the tour by the other guests. It felt like we couldn't move at our own pace and we were being cattled through. It wasn't until I got to the upper floor where the church was that I felt like I could actually take my time.

Purchasing experience on your website was good. The fact that for the audio guide another app had to be dowloaded was not comfortable. On top, some languages were missing (italian) for this attraction

Buying the tickets was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The queue for the shuttle bus took 45 minutes. Unacceptable We had problems at the entrance to the palace where the guards wanted to send us to the front of the queue, which took 30mins because they thought we had cut the queue. We had to fight a lot and it was very stressful.
