2/3/4/6 Day Paris Pass: Attractions, Transportation & Museums

Have had no problems with our tickets - and when we did the staff helped us out

I had submitted an enquiry about upgrading my package and the support agent they advised they'd get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. 48 hours later no one had responded to me so I followed up and was told my case had been escalated. It has now been four days and there is still no response.
