Honestly it'd have to be the the amazing view.

Great view in the best weather

The views are incredible, the service was overall good. Having someone telling my 10yo tired kids that they could not sit on the floor, given that there was no place to sit whatsoever, kind of ruined the experience.

I thought it would be better to give information guide on the way in rather than on the way out. That way you would have a better understanding of what you were looking at.

My google wallet wouldnt open (worked everywhere else) and I was sent to varios people before someone checked our name and then gave the tickets

The view over London from all directions was incredible, but the cost of the whole experience was far too expensive and the drinks were a terrible price. Otherwise it was a great visit.

The views of the Tower of London, the bridge, the city and in general all the views and going up to the 72nd floor and seeing the sky very close.

The amazing view of all London and the unforgettable cocktail made with rhubarb and raspberry, it was a wow! I spent a very nice time with my family

At the time of purchase it was stated that there would be 4 digital photos. We only received 2 (same position but different background). This is not nice, especially as 2 different photos were taken.

Liked the ghost story and the surprise at the end. The service from the bar was good and the lifts very smooth indeed. It was a bit cloudy/misty and that limited the view but that isn't the Shard's fault.

It was very easy and smooth on entry. Customer service was amazing and we were lucky with the sunny weather to enjoy the attractions!🥳

The full moon, which ,was bright orange rising behind canary wharf. The skyline, as the sunset. The map of the sites St Paul's cathedral, London Eye, etc and the night-time landscape of the city made the viewing a memorable experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too. Tasty ice cream was the cherry on the top.

It was a great experience starting with my traveling companion! plus the day was sunny and clear. The view from up there allows you to touch the sky with one finger and daydream

We have been before, our grandson wanted to go up the Shard, hence this visit. As usual the view is fabulous albeit on Saturday it was a little hazy - no fault of yours though! This time on visiting my mobility was a lot worse than last time. There were far less chairs than before and a lot of those that were there were reserved. I did mention it to a member of staff who did get me a fold down chair but I could have done with it a while before. I can understand that the tables and chairs you had there before took up room but they acually added to the ambiance of the visit and gave more of an opportunity for those struggling with mobility problems to be able to have a seat. I actually work for a top attraction and realise the importance of being disability friendly. I hope you do not mind my feedback.

It was easy to get in to both venues and we were able to move the time slightly to get on the London Eye. It was a lovely day , to be a tourist.

Amazing experience. No queues. 2 lifts to the top and 2 observation decks with excellent views. You can see from Canary Wharf to Wembley Stadium. Sites to the east are clearer than the west but this experience shows London from a different angle! Upper deck is open air but there is still glass between you and the sites, only the roof is open. You can purchase drinks and snacks from the bar on the lower deck.

Cable car and Skywalk was superb experience, maily becouse we were there early morning so place was not too crowded. We also enjoyed 3D art museum which is included in the ticket. The only one disappointment was walk to seven wells waterfalls which should've been included but wasn't. And we must pay additional fee to another company on entrance. And worst, on my complaint about that sent to Headout support nobody responded.

Unfortunately, it was raining and there's no observation deck without glass, so there were drops of water on all our photos. But on a sunny day, it must be great!
