Burn Al Arab is an unbelievable property. So elegant and luxurious, yet beautiful. The tour organisers behaved well with us and showed us the property . Ticketing experience was smooth and professional

Lovely experience.. booked from headout. Had a smooth entry. Booked a large locker which costed around 60 Aed. The water rides were awesome. Sunscreen is a must. Take mobile water cover alongwith you if you want to take pictures from your mobile..also take proper swimwear, goggles, nose clip (optional) , sandals and a water bottle. That will save you unnecessary expense. The washrooms and changing rooms were clean. Loved the lazy river (Juahs river). Flood ride was awesome. Jumeirah scream was scary but a short one and you wont regret it. Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended to book beforehand.

The visit was organised but it allow to visit just small part of the hotel. Too expensive for what that allow us to visit

We had a fun day at Wild Wadi, the queue la for some rides were busy but no more than 30 mins. The kids enjoyed the wave pool. Splash park and wild wadi river ride. All in all a good and and would recommend.

I really liked the interior of Burj al Arab, the Arabic coffee and the date were delicious, their hospitality was a nice gesture from them. I was satisfied with the price of the ticket.

Once the tour itself was good, I was dissapointed with the receptionist, I purchased the drink gold cappucino with my cc, my receipt showed 175 dirham equal to $47 but when I got home my statement showed $136, I don't know what to do, I tried to email them but no response. So this issue really ruin my experience at Burj Al Arab, what a shame.

Last Sunday, August 11th, I embarked on a journey into the heart of opulence with a tour of the iconic Burj Al Arab, booked through Headout. The highlight of the tour for me was undoubtedly the Skyview Bar, located on the 27th floor. As we sipped on refreshing beverages, I couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration at being in such an iconic location. The panoramic views of Dubai's skyline were simply mesmerizing. Overall, my visit to the Burj Al Arab was an unforgettable experience. It's a place that truly lives up to its reputation as one of the world's most luxurious hotels. Headout made the booking process seamless, and the tour itself was well-organized and informative. If you're ever in Dubai, I highly recommend treating yourself to this extraordinary experience.

Awesome my kids loved this park and me too. They are no long queue and park is very appropriate to 3-9 years old. They have a swimming pool kids enjoy a lot

Wild Wadi Park was a lot of fun. The kids and I enjoyed all the attractions. The wait times were not too bad and plenty of places to hide from the sun. The food, unfortunately, was less so and ridiculously expensive.

Tickets confirmation taking up to two hours after purchase. Should be notified in advance not after purchasing the tickets. It caused delays in the planning of the park.

Too much posing for photos and irrelevant video to try and get more money and cost of these was ridiculous. More interested in making money than showing us the hotel. However, the building is iconic snd amaxing to see inside. Would have liked to see more of the actusl hotel. Enjoyed the welcome drink and dates, a nice touch.

The best App to get deals in Dubai. Very easy hasten free and super good deals. Unbleviable deals. First I thought it was fake so I called the theam park and they said they accept the deals we were getting in head out and at the gate it was just scan and go. I wish there were 10 stars review. Buying the tickets were fairly straight and easy. The visit was exciting. The welcome committee was absolutely delightful. The visit was very interesting and informative.

Burj al arab is synonyms of luxry and great hospitality. A wonder of modern architecture. Guided tour gives us a chance to feel this luxury for limited time in limited budget. Must visit experience.

The tour was great, the tickets were able to be scanned without issue. Headout booked and confirmed tickets without any issue.

Twas amazing experience only that ,The booking time wasn't followed ,they still let us wait yet we were 15 minutes early before booking time .

I waited for an hour for my first set of tickets. I contacted you online support 3 times to the tickets. It's unsettling to pay online and one does not receive tickets almost immediately. When I paid for my second ticket I was given a discount that was less than the AED 92 that I was promised from my first purchase. This is not right because then I didn't get may full cash back and yet that's what I was entitled to . The second ticket I bought however can immediately after I paid.

The variety of water sports which are suitable for kids and adults. Also the view of Jumirah Burj Al Arab is wonderful.

Very good tour and visit to the most luxurious hotel in the world.
