Lovely experience.. booked from headout. Had a smooth entry. Booked a large locker which costed around 60 Aed. The water rides were awesome. Sunscreen is a must. Take mobile water cover alongwith you if you want to take pictures from your mobile..also take proper swimwear, goggles, nose clip (optional) , sandals and a water bottle. That will save you unnecessary expense. The washrooms and changing rooms were clean. Loved the lazy river (Juahs river). Flood ride was awesome. Jumeirah scream was scary but a short one and you wont regret it. Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended to book beforehand.

Last Sunday, August 11th, I embarked on a journey into the heart of opulence with a tour of the iconic Burj Al Arab, booked through Headout. Our knowledgeable guide provided fascinating insights into the hotel's construction, design, and the unparalleled service it offers its guests. From the moment we entered the grand lobby, with its soaring atrium and intricate gold leaf decor, I was in awe. The tour took us through various public areas, including the stunningly beautiful restaurants and lounges. Each space was a masterpiece of design, with attention to detail that was simply breathtaking. We also had the opportunity to admire the breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf from the upper floors. The highlight of the tour for me was undoubtedly the Skyview Bar, located on the 27th floor. As we sipped on refreshing beverages, I couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration at being in such an iconic location. The panoramic views of Dubai's skyline were simply mesmerizing. Overall, my visit to the Burj Al Arab was an unforgettable experience. It's a place that truly lives up to its reputation as one of the world's most luxurious hotels. Headout made the booking process seamless, and the tour itself was well-organized and informative. If you're ever in Dubai, I highly recommend treating yourself to this extraordinary experience.

Wild Wadi is a v limited water park and doesnt reflect the price of the ticket. One of the better rides was out of commission, would have been better to go to Aquaadventure itself.

The visit was organised but it allow to visit just small part of the hotel. Too expensive for what that allow us to visit

We had a fun day at Wild Wadi, the queue la for some rides were busy but no more than 30 mins. The kids enjoyed the wave pool. Splash park and wild wadi river ride. All in all a good and and would recommend.

I really liked the interior of Burj al Arab, the Arabic coffee and the date were delicious, their hospitality was a nice gesture from them. I was satisfied with the price of the ticket.

Once the tour itself was good, I was dissapointed with the receptionist, I purchased the drink gold cappucino with my cc, my receipt showed 175 dirham equal to $47 but when I got home my statement showed $136, I don't know what to do, I tried to email them but no response. So this issue really ruin my experience at Burj Al Arab, what a shame.

Wild Wadi Park was a lot of fun. The kids and I enjoyed all the attractions. The wait times were not too bad and plenty of places to hide from the sun. The food, unfortunately, was less so and ridiculously expensive.

Tickets confirmation taking up to two hours after purchase. Should be notified in advance not after purchasing the tickets. It caused delays in the planning of the park.
