My daughter enjoyed the 3 slides. The queues were short so very little waiting time. Headout ticketing was easy to use and affordable.

I went before to Snow City at Marina Bay Area. The venue and experience was much better. Also not allowed to take pictures.

4-5pm was my reservation slot I came at 340pm I entered inside only at 4.50pm Bcos of that all my other further appointments got delayed If time can't be maintained , y should we reserve the time slot

The 3 storey high slides never fail to make me and my husband laugh throughout the ride. It was so fun! And staffs at bumper car ride, front counter and photo collection area were nice and friendly too! Wish they took our pictures on the slides but it was fun nonetheless! Definitely worth for a family day!

It was our 1st experience to snow city n nether do all of us been to snow country to see the actual snow. But this visit more or less gives us the idea of how it would like to feel. The area was small n nothing much to play though. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

It was n amazing experienced.especially my frenz whose comes to visit singapore..they enjoy alot .especially to the 4yr old boy..we have so much fun..and im very sure nextyear my family will come to viait sg..and i will bring them here.

Staff were prompt in delivering their services. Everything went smoothly, it is unfortunate that photography was no where allowed although there were in-house photographers, the prices were exorbitant.

Going down the long ice slide was really fun and entertaining!! This is a great place for all ages that want to have a memorable experience!! From the marvelous ice sulptors to the fun bumper car rides, this is truely a wonderful experience and place to create memories!!

The same. Would love to see new playground for the kids... theres few corners which are not use and waste space. Would prefer to make use of it, for kids playground

Me and my daugther had a lot of fun at snow city we'd love to come back again next time she'll visit here in singapore. Ta all worth the price and thank you for the 33% off for out ticket. Hope theres a promo again nezt time we visit

My daughters and I had fun experiencing the coldness and snowy slides at the snow city! The winter coat provided is also clean and good.

Hassle free ticket purchasing. I requested for a refund as one of the activity i booked was not in operation on the day i came. Headout team was very responsive to it and kept me updated about the matter. Great job from the headout team 👍

My past experience at Marina Bay Snow City was much better. We were not allowed to take photos.

There is a new winding slide built alongside the straight-down ride. Looks asthetically pleasing too.
