We got stuck in the lift for some time, there was an issue with the breaks and we had to wait engineer to come. Other clients got a refund, to me was offered a free ticket, but my son was so scared and I asked for refund, but because I bought through Headout they weren't able to do a refund

I was there on Monday but I booked Tues by mistake and I was charged an extra £5 at the gate to correct the mistake !
