Bilingual Tower access

The building itself was incredibly beautiful! The light was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable and funny as well.

The church was beautiful although I expected a private guide and not in a group even in the towers since the ticket still cost 218 euros for 2 people

The venue was amazing. The guide talked way too fast. We were very disappointed first with being canceled from Saturday to Sunday. And then having the towers cancelled the night before. This was one of two things we had planned during our visit and the changes and cancelling was very disappointing. The guide talked way too fast and was many times hard to understand

The guide gave English AND Spanish commentary. That was annoying and her English was hard to hear at times.

The meeting point is overcrowded. It is very inconvenient to go into a store to check in - it would be adviseable to find a more accessible public place to meet. The webiste showed tickets were unavailable for dates and time when if fact, tickets were freely available at the Info booth in front of the cathedral. This is gross misrepresentation misleading the public. In fact, the guide tried to continue wiht this misrepresentation at the conclusion of the tourm which required my correction. The guide provided minimal substantive information pointing at random insignificant facts, as for example, the names of other churches on the stained glass. Instead, the tour would have been much more impactful if there was discussion about the construction process, difficulties in keeping the plan consistent wiht the original vision (point out different elements), challenges in meeting Gaudi's gradiose plans, etc. The cathedral is magnificent.
