We loved how good and friendly staff and security were and the pods were spotless clean and checked after each exit of people .it was very well organised we had the best experience

It's great! The studios are huge, you should consider several hours of your schedule to see everything calmly. The transfer was comfortable, punctual and in my case, quite fast. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it!

In general the Warner studios were very very nice, but to see behind the big screen that was the gateway to the big hall was really exciting. A special part is the Gronghot

It was very interesting and worth seeing. Everything went well from the station it was about a 1.5 hour drive which went well. On site everything went smoothly and was a pleasure. Absolutely worth the trip.

As expected the view is incredible (even though it was raining). Don't go if you are afraid of heights you can get a little light headed easily. The working team was nice and welcoming. We even went back at night to see its decorations !

It was great and at the agreed time and day and much better value for money. The only problem was that the day was cloudy, but well...that's London at its best!!!

Very quick admission even though lots of other guests at the attrachtion. Clean cabin, not overly crowded. Besided that a sufficient and clean number of restrooms for the guests at the tourist center across the street. Great experience we would not have liked to miss.

It was great, the e-tickets allowed us to go directly to the line. The views from the London Eye are amazing, it is very interesting to see the city from another angle.

was very easy for us to get to WBS, and our guide had lots of info about the route there and how to get back if we wanted to stay longer than the required time. we were initially supposed to stay for only 4 hours in order to get the same provided transport back, but our guide told us how we could get to the nearest station from WBS if we wanted to stay longer. the Harry Potter experience itself was great and totally worth the money even if you're slightly a potter head. i would do it again if i ever returned to London.

Ticketing purchased with Headout platform was a breeze. Will definitely use Headout again. Reminders of your purchased ticket will be sent to you days in advance or 1 day before, which is good. HP tour at Warner Bros was a spectacular experience. You will enjoy full max if you are a Potterhead like me. No regrets.

I had a great time at the WB Studios. Sadly, I missed the transport due to a problem with a Bolt that never arrived, but was able to get to the location by myself and my ticket had been left at the Ticket Stand, so I got to enter a little later. I had the time of my life. Make sure to be always on time for transport and plan ahead as London is very unpredictable.

Hello, After having booked the tickets for the London Eyes, I recommend the experience, but I find that the ticket remains expensive for just 30min of wheel, even if the sight from the top of this one remains impregnable. I would recommend this activity, especially at night.

The process was so smooth that we almost couldn't believe it. We had pre-ordered tickets but there wasn't a long queue. Maybe 5 minutes waiting time. We were there during the week and the weather was medium. It is barrier-free and the staff put ramps in front of the gondolas so that nothing can happen. Can only be recommended

Because of London traffic we arrived 40 min late to the studios but the driver made it up to us by picking us up 40 min later...there is more than enough time to enjoy the studios and also to stop for a meal or drink

I love how smooth the experience is from the start up until the end of it. I just think it is much better if you can extend the time so that it can be more enjoyable and have more time to roam around.

Very easy to book, transportation on time for the outward and return trip. The time we had to tour the studios and have lunch was sufficient. I recommend it 100%.

The experience was fabulous, beautifully organized tour we had no problem finding the meeting point and they were super punctual! The fact that there was a transfer to the studios made it easy to travel to and from London without getting lost in the tube and various trains. I really recommend it to those who want to spend a different day than usual and especially to those who are fans of the Saga!

Bus transport was easy and comfortable. The studio-tour throug the original set of the Harry Potter movie-series was such an overwhelming experience. We loved it till the last secend of it. Would recomend anyone to do this tour. 10/10

1st time in London & on The Eye was great . The que moved quickly . Super smooth ride, plenty of space to walk around the pod to see the site's and take photos . ( pity the weather wasn't better)
