Hello, Following the booking of our tickets for Westminster Abbey, I recommend the experience. It remains a mythical London landmark. I advise you to book in advance. Despite an expensive ticket, I think this is a must-do experience when visiting London. Please note that the audio guide is available and included in the booking. Very good memories

The visit to Westminster definitely deserves to be included among London's many attractions. I really appreciated the helpfulness of Headout, I appreciated the help of a virtual assistant who clarified a doubt just hours before the visit , instantly answering my question. I had read that one necessarily had to print out paper tickets, but they immediately replied that it was not necessary.

Lots and lots of information given Guide (Lucy ) was very knowledgeable. With a good sense of humour Was able to keep the groups attention for the while of the tour Did not rush to the end

London is a city that never ceases to amaze you, at home there is something to see, it is important to wear comfortable shoes and coats at this time of the year.

We had a great time on our tour of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Our guide was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. She led us around the Abbey and kept us together as we all admired our beautiful surroundings. We were always entertained as she gave us lots of information about the abbey. The walk to Buckingham Palace was also a great way to get in steps while also being kept well informed. My husband and I really liked the tour.

Natasha was a very knowledgeable tour guide and answer plenty of our questions the Abby was so beautiful given us plenty of time to look around and telling us the history of the place

Absolutely everything. Westminster Abbey and The Tower of London are magnificent. Thousand unbelievable years of history. Worth every penny, will definitely come back next time I'm in London.

Its history and architecture. The purchase of the tickets was easy and fast. I was able to download the tickets to my cell phone without any problems.

The Abbey is very interesting, one should give oneself time to be able to tour it at leisure. I had my doubts when I booked with headout for the first time, but I had no problems with the booking or the payment, they really earned my trust.

Easy to order, really practical! One clarification that would be useful, however, is whether or not the ticket includes entry to the jubilee gallery.

I found the abbey spectacular. What I liked the least was the overcrowding of visitors. You have to be a little careful, because if you are not attentive, you can bump into other people.

Westminster Abbey is magnificent, and although it's well organized, there are still a lot of visitors at the same time, which means you're "pushed" by the crowds and it's sometimes difficult to linger in certain places. The London Eye is a great way to get a feel for the immensity of the city, and the view is magnificent.

A wonderful experience, the audio guide helped us understand exactly what we were seeing. My 10-year-old daughter, who loves history, loved the "children's" version. She learned a lot and it remains one of the highlights of her trip to London.

Lucy was a wonderful tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, witty, and kept us on a perfect pace to be able to take photos and the most opportune time and in the best locations. She was pleasant and open to answer any questions the group had as we walked from our locations.

The Abbey is an amazing place, our guide Lucy was really knowledgeable and great fun and ensured that we learnt many important and funfacts while we were there

We had a great time with Natascha, she knows exactly where to be at the right time to get best Fotos and views before the crowd is coming. She was especially kind towards our children and explained everything very good and understandable even for our 12 year old son ( we are from Germany) Thank you very much!
