Rottnest Island Ferry, Bike and Snorkel Day Trip from Fremantle

It was a wonderful experience! Being on the bikes and riding around was great. The ticketing system was a bit confusing. We didn't realise that we were only given and voucher and needed to get tickets. So it would be great if this was a bit clearer please. But ohh th we than that, the team and experience was awesome!

Whole experience was great lots to do on the island journey across and back was smooth and quick

The tyres on the rental bikes were abit flat made it hard to ride and the back strap was broken, waited over half an hour for 1 beer at the pinky's restaurant, did enjoy the views and scenery, bit expensive $294 for 2 people...🙁

I wanted to share my recent experience during our trip, as there were several issues that I believe need addressing. Firstly, the tourist spot was beautiful, but I was disappointed with the lack of response from the agent regarding our inquiries. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the fees charged for my daughter, who is 8 years old. According to your policy, children under 2 are free, while those above 13 are charged adult fees. However, there was no clear information regarding fees for children aged 2 to 13, and my daughter was charged the adult rate, which was unexpected, especially since her admission should have been free. Moreover, I found the package we received to be quite frustrating. I was traveling with a pram , yet we were issued a snorkel and bike package instead of the bus service we needed. I appreciate your attention to these matters , also since the children's are free cost charge for my daughter should be refund and hope that improvements can be made for future customers. Thank you
