Florence Cathedral Tickets with Audio Guide & Optional Dome Climb

The museum and crypt are a must see. Great to have everything included on the one ticket. The audio guide was also excellent and having it on your phone was a step above. Shame it didn't encompass everything on the ticket.

It was not what I expected

The vidita of the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo even though I had not booked it.

The instructions and information on the tickets are insufficient: 1)The strict admission time only applies to the dome. 2) Appointment and dome on the same day are not advisable (statement by Oersonsl on site). 3) Where and when exactly the attractions other than the dome can be visited (queued!) should be communicated more clearly. With thousands of tourists, it is difficult to obtain this information in a sustainable way. For these reasons, we were only able to visit 1 attraction instead of 3 - the dome!

Audio guide didn't start. I downloaded correctly but it didn't start at all. I spent 30 mn chatting between the chatbot and the operator during my visit to solve the problem with no efficiency at the end because the audio guide doesn't work at all. A clear Printscreen of the problem was posted during the chat and the pb was not solved.
