The tour guide was very good! The highlight was especially worth seeing, very good tips, good and clear announcements, easy to find! The group size was too big!

I bought tickets for the big bus from these guys recently in Paris .. at first I was concerned was it a scam site. It wasn't the tickets arrived instantly along with a link to download them .. every thing was smooth .. I downloaded the big bus app and it was very easy to understand

Due to wind, we were not able to access the Summit. We were advised that we would receive a refund within 24 hours. Our tour date was the 5th Jan, it has been 10 days but we have not received a refund nor been contacted. Could we please be contacted to organise the refund.

I enjoyed taking the elevator and learning about the history of the Eiffel Tower. I also ate in the restaurant. The guide was nice and took the time to answer our questions. Thank you

I purchased the tickets online, and everything went smoothly. It’s essential to arrive at the meeting point on time—ideally, at least 5 minutes earlier. From there, the guide will lead you to the Eiffel Tower. Our guide was exceptionally well-prepared, kind, and helpful throughout the experience. We also bought tickets to the summit, which I highly recommend—it’s absolutely worth it! Overall, I recommend this service to everyone.

Ticketing was easy, the ride comfortable and we enjoyed the info and banter on the attractions. One sad thing was the one time we wanted to get on the bus and the driver argued with us there was no room when there were clearly plenty of spaces on the upper deck where we wanted to sit. He wasn't nasty just adamant. Eventually he let us on to check and we reported back to him how many empty places there still were.

The climb to the top was amazing, the guide SANTIAGO, also very nice and close. But.... in "Paris Lounge", meeting point at the beginning of the visit, they offered us a guided tour in Notre Dame, with a very short space of time, in between (of which at that time I was not aware and I think that as a tour company they should have informed me) to have a previous visit to the Tower in conditions, because of the short time, we arrived 4 minutes late to the meeting point, where we did not find anyone, and it was impossible to find the HISTORY GROUP, so we lost both the visit and the money (35€/per.). I tried to complain but it did not help, so I left them a suggestion and so they take into account for future travelers.

The big bus train was great. Several stops and accessible all day long. As for the Eiffel Tower, the top was reimbursed very quickly as it was forbidden to go higher than the 2nd floor on the same day due to the wind and cold. On the other hand, we are French and our guide only spoke English. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the details of the guided tour. The meeting point was easy to find, thanks to the signs.

It was very comfortable to do the view of the Eiffel Tower with this company, the guide was very good! And we did not queue at all and in addition they had already closed the summit and we were able to go up. Totally recommendable

Katy met us at the pre-determined location, gave very clear directions and provided everyone with a seamless guided tour.

The Eiffel Tower itself, but the guided tour doesn't add much to the visit on its own (especially for the price difference!). Otherwise, the guide was very good

Edmund, our guide was great.....very informative. Well waited over an hour for a tour that was supposed to begin at 9:30. That was frustrating. Edmund was wonderful.

Would just to pint out if had to wait for the bus which I understand. But did not like that people was trying to cut the line to get on the bus and the support team did not enforce that they needed to go back to the line. Understand there are a lot of rude people. But some enforcement might help.

On a wet snowy day at the Eiffel Tower, Chloe was very positive and even let my kids use her umbrella while she was in the rain getting wet. She was great!

Summit was closed due to a technical defect, can't do anything about it. Tour guide was nice, but could have been much more enthusiastic or fun. Had no added value.

It was a wonderful experience and we were able to take so many photos. Our guide Charles was great and very well prepared!

Our guide Ana was outstanding, she spoke slowly while answering every question with a smile and kindness. She explained the history of the Eifel Tower and the major monuments in Paris while also giving us very specific directions on what to see. She was always attentive to each person in the group especially my 8-year-old daughter. I highly recommend this guide because it was a wonderful experience far beyond our expectations.
