Fantastic tour thanks to the wonderful guide Ana. She explained to us the history of Paris and its most important monuments in addition to the history of the tower. Ana spoke in a clear and slow manner always attentive to everyone's needs including my 8 year old daughter. I highly recommend her it was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Ana!!!

Unfortunately, we could not go to the top of the Eifel Tower due to strong winds. However, it was very special to look over the illuminated Paris in the dark from the 2nd floor with a brisk wind. Our guide could tell nice stories, but had no cheese about taking a picture of the two of us and we had to fill out a survey from TripAdvisor before we were allowed out on the 2nd floor.

Great experience! Amazing tour guide! It was a bit windy so we couldn't go to the summit but overall great views even from the second floor

Everything is very nice. The tower is spectacular! I wanted to come here for a long time. The prices in the restaurants a bit expensive. I really enjoyed the adventure.

Too bad that the tour is not available in German 6 people are coming to Paris on New Year's Eve who would also like a guided tour but in German I understood very little English but still enjoyed an unforgettable experience Thank you

Waiting in line for the evelators took too long, a dedicated lines for groups would be useful. Still, Anna, the guide, was awesome and I highly recommend her.

The nice lady who had guided us through the event. I think her name was Lara. She explained it really well. Her English was so good that we were able to follow along easily. Perfect.

We had originally booked tickets for the morning of Nov. 2, including the summit, but unfortunately it was windy in the morning. Therefore, for safety reasons, we were only allowed on the 2nd floor. The very next day I received an email from Headout that we would receive a partial refund in the next few days and that was that. Compliments for the quick processing. Apart from that, the tour was really great fun. Our guide Abigail told us lots of interesting things about the Eiffel Tower that I didn't even know. And with her friendly and cheerful manner, she made sure that everyone in the group really listened to her. Best wishes and a big compliment to Abigail :). Sen & Holger

We had the best time on our tour thanks to our amazing guide. He was so friendly, informative, and patient with all of our questions. But there was a fog on summit level :((

The tour started slightly earlier as all participants have arrived. Very clear instructions and stories from the guide. Entry into Eiffel Tower by elevator was smooth.

We met our guide (Amber) at the rally point. Our guide was great from start to finish. She answered our questions, set expectations for the tour, and got us under way. With the help of guide, we navigated the security quickly, and made it through check-in quickly. Then it was up to the second level where Amber gave us a nice history lesson on the Tower. She again, did a great job. We were then free to explore on our own. Awesome experience.

The guide Johanna was very nice and well prepared with details about Eiffel Tower. The time spend at the queue was full of interacting explanations.

Amazing got to see all the site we wanted to see and hop off and on to different destinations was well worth the price even my 11 and 13 year old girls loved it thank you a amazing experience highly recommend PARIS WAS UNREAL 🥰🇫🇷

everything very well, the guide, the organization, professional, recommended; despite the bad weather (rain and wind) we could enjoy the stay at the summit, but also in the bistrot Gustave on the first platform. Excellent

The guide made it well known to everyone in the group that she was looking for a husband. She had her attention on 1 man in particular and would not stop talking to him and being unprofessional. Took away from the experience.

It was a memorable experience, even though there was mist at the top. Alexandra was a good guide with a sense of humour. It was good that we had a guide because of the long queue for the lifts and the fact that she was able to keep us entertained. I expected, having booked in advance, that we would have avoided the queue , the guide having acquired the tickets beforehand. I noted that there was a priority line which we could have joined had the tickets ben acquired beforehand.
