Ticketing was easy, the ride comfortable and we enjoyed the info and banter on the attractions. One sad thing was the one time we wanted to get on the bus and the driver argued with us there was no room when there were clearly plenty of spaces on the upper deck where we wanted to sit. He wasn't nasty just adamant. Eventually he let us on to check and we reported back to him how many empty places there still were.

We met our guide (Amber) at the rally point. Our guide was great from start to finish. She answered our questions, set expectations for the tour, and got us under way. With the help of guide, we navigated the security quickly, and made it through check-in quickly. Then it was up to the second level where Amber gave us a nice history lesson on the Tower. She again, did a great job. We were then free to explore on our own. Awesome experience.

Amazing got to see all the site we wanted to see and hop off and on to different destinations was well worth the price even my 11 and 13 year old girls loved it thank you a amazing experience highly recommend PARIS WAS UNREAL 🥰🇫🇷

Edmond our guide was great, very funny, with amazing stories and info about the tower. Helpful with lots of tips for the city also. The tower itself was amazing but very crowded and not baby friendly. But it's not anyone's fault it was built a long time ago. Overall we loved it but it took a long time to see the whole thing which was a bit tiresome for our baby.

It was the first time we had visited the Eiffel Tower so having a guide was helpful to learn more about the attraction. Also we think the queuing time ended up being less than other options.

We found this experience with Headout by chance, we were a bit skeptical, instead our guide Rafael met us in a small street not far from the tower and walked us to the elevator telling us the history of the tower and its curiosities. The experience was better than I would have thought both for the guide and the tower super recommended experience with Headout we really enjoyed . Definitely the most beautiful of our tour in paris

Seeing the city from the bus was really nice. The bus is perfect for trips that are short and you don't have a lot of time like us, we only had two days to visit Paris so we needed to move fast if we wanted to visit as many places as we could, therefore we decided that getting the bus ride was a good option for us. We stared our ride early in the day so we would have enough time for our plan. The complete bus ride lasts about two hours, stopping in different important places. That's what we did, we finished the whole tour without getting off meanwhile deciding what places we wanted to stop at to visit and then we started the ride again but this time getting of in those sites and then hopping on again to continue the ride. Long story short we were able to do a lot in one day and we did not have to walk so much thanks to the bus 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would recommend sitting on the second floor weather permitting since you will have a better view of the city from there. The experience was positive even if the name of the experience is somewhat misleading. Ticket redemption was easy and fast. We arrived a few minutes early, at the address provided, as instructed, and were seated in the waiting area for maybe 5 minutes. Our group members got round stickers of the same color to identify the group, which we put in our shirts, and we also got print-out tickets to access the second floor via elevator and the summit via elevator. The guide then invited us outside and gave a 2-minute explanation of the bag checks. She then walked us to the entrance to the ticketing booths at the Eiffel Tower. There was no line so both bag checks went smoothly and quickly. The guide then gave us a quick 5-minute intro about the tour, and we did a 5-min Q&A. Questions were welcome at all times, our group just didn't ask many. Afterwards, we walked into the Eiffel Tower and rode the elevator to the second floor as a small group. The guide showed as a couple of buildings in Paris and then explained that she cannot continue to the summit and encouraged us to go to the very top, explore there, and then go to the lower floors and explore there. So there's maybe 15 minutes of instruction total. The rest is exploration on your own. While we were checking in there were people standing in line and buying tickets on the spot, even though the tower website showed that they were sold out online. The Headput tickets make it easier to navigate this experience if this is your first Paris experience, and you have some extra money.
