I'm very appreciative of both these tours. I so wanted to see them. However, after 3 flight delays I knew I'd miss them. But the hotel suggested for me to just go ahead. They gave no fuss about letting me in at a different time slot. Now I wouldn't expect that on most tours but these were 2 that could be flexible. These were definitely 2 highlights of my trip.

Very well organised, smooth experience on the Eye and wonderful views of the sights of London.
Not so good with the river cruise as we only had a 20 minute cruise! We saw some great sites, but only went from the Eye around to the Tower and then had to disembark or pay to go to Greenwich. We felt that we didn't have the time that we were paying for. This spoiled a 70th birthday treat slightly.

I thought the river tour would have dropped me back at the starting point considering the combo tickets I purchased said it was a 10 minute walk from the end of the tour to the next stop. Other than that, it was absolutely fabulous.

The ticket's name was "flexible" and I expected to be able to go off the vessel at any pier and go on at another at a later time on that day. But it was only a simple trip and we could stay on the boat for only 30 minutes as we had other reservations at different venues and could not continue the river trip.

The London Eye is good with the skip line, good service, but the River cruise ticket was confusing me. First, I don't know how to get to the entrance to the cruise, the ticket is not clear what is the cruise name and it was only one way ticket. I got drop off at Greenwich which I am not expected, so I have to found the way the get back the hotel.

London Eye : Hardly any waiting time with Fastline , Beautiful view over London
Cruise : Knowledgeable information from the captain during the cruise, but late departure (which is generally not a bad thing), but no information on site

The cruise portion of the ticket was sold as 40 minute round trip boat ride. When we showed up for the cruise, we were told that tickets were only good for one way 30 minute boat ride from London Eye pier to Tower Hill.

As the presumed ship had been moored since shortly before 2 p.m. and nobody came to us waiting, we were very unsure whether we were in the right place. Clearer signage is needed!

We were able to book the two experiences on different days. We used the Thames walk half an hour after we bought the tickets. The next day the londoy eye without any problem.

The view from the London Eye. The travel was smooth and transition was fast. The Thames River crusie was interesting and informative regarding famous buildings around the River.

The tour points were trės good. However, the term "flexible" didn't mean what I thought it meant, and we were disappointed not to be able to do the cruise in the return direction. Your explanations were not clear

The view from the London Eye was beautiful and amazing. We could see the whole city, we had a very good seat in the cabin.
Perfect location for the London Eye, everything is about 5 minutes away.
The Thames River cruise was a really special experience. Unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside all the time, but inside the boat it was very warm. We saw a lot of beautiful buildings and got a lot of information thanks to the tour guide who spoke on the boat.
It was a special experience to travel on the Thames.

The fact of going and returning on the same boat could be improved. Changing boats on London Bridge to return to the London Eye was complicated and time consuming.
