I'm very appreciative of both these tours. I so wanted to see them. However, after 3 flight delays I knew I'd miss them. But the hotel suggested for me to just go ahead. They gave no fuss about letting me in at a different time slot. Now I wouldn't expect that on most tours but these were 2 that could be flexible. These were definitely 2 highlights of my trip.

Very well organised, smooth experience on the Eye and wonderful views of the sights of London. Not so good with the river cruise as we only had a 20 minute cruise! We saw some great sites, but only went from the Eye around to the Tower and then had to disembark or pay to go to Greenwich. We felt that we didn't have the time that we were paying for. This spoiled a 70th birthday treat slightly.

It was a wonder striking experience. Bringing Chandler Monica joey Rachel Ross and phone live. I wish there were wax images of them somewhere for a selfie point. The intro was spectacular opening into the friends world. I will be visiting again.

Could we BE any more impressed? My sister and I booked ticket to the Friends experience in London at thr last minute -literally the same day- and Headout still managed to have availability. The booking was seemless, super quick and easy do we wouldn't miss our dash into the world of our favourite New Yorkers. The experience itself was also incredible, we got to go through Monica's apartment, chill at Central Perk, and read THE letter (18 pages, front and back!). If you're a Friends fan, don't hesitate. We would highly recommend it!

The view from the London Eye. The travel was smooth and transition was fast. The Thames River crusie was interesting and informative regarding famous buildings around the River.

Every detail was so well thought out, it felt like I was truly in the show. The central perk cafè and the "pivot" couch picture were the cherry on top! Wonderful experience!

The tour points were trės good. However, the term "flexible" didn't mean what I thought it meant, and we were disappointed not to be able to do the cruise in the return direction. Your explanations were not clear

There was photo opportunities at every section and the help from other visitors was sweet. At the end you had to pay for a photo for £12 so that you can pay for the digital photos for £7.

This application worked very well, it was easy to use. The view from the London Eye was beautiful and amazing. We could see the whole city, we had a very good seat in the cabin. Perfect location for the London Eye, everything is about 5 minutes away. The Thames River cruise was a really special experience. Unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside all the time, but inside the boat it was very warm. We saw a lot of beautiful buildings and got a lot of information thanks to the tour guide who spoke on the boat. It was a special experience to travel on the Thames.

The sets were super cool and it's definitely enjoyable however it was much smaller and shorter than I expected. In addition to this some areas don't allow you to take your own pictures without charging you. There is limited food and drink available and I felt missed opportunities at the venue!

The fact of going and returning on the same boat could be improved. Changing boats on London Bridge to return to the London Eye was complicated and time consuming.

Me and my boyfriend had the most amazing experience at your residence! It was quite magical i must admit, we laughed, we hugged and we kissed.
