Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. Super convenient to book from home. I would recommend it to anyone. Otherwise the queues can be quite long or you don't even get in. Everything worked great and the tower is really very interesting and worth seeing.

Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

Had a great visit to the Tower yesterday. Nev the Yeoman warder was excellent. Very entertaining and the Crown Jewels never disappoint.

Exciting place, beautiful the changing of the guard. Beautiful vault with access to the Crown Jewels. Well kept and maintained place.

Direct access to the tower. You could be navigated directly to the entrance via the app and the stored tickets. Great

It's a magnificent place, steeped in history. The only drawback is that there's a lot of English reading and no translation. But very nice visit! The Crown Jewels are absolutely incredible.

Very nice visit but the numbers on the map should be repeated on the audio guide x optimize THE orientation of the visitor.

It was a very well organized place. I loved the fact that it is much more than the Crown Jewels. It is like a little village where people (guards) still live in nowadays. Amazing for children as well because of all the attractions and theatres during the visit. Would come back!

The tour was excellent. The history told prior to walking around was much appreciated. I loved the display of the Crown Jewels.

We had an unexpected free day in London at the end of our stay so decided we'd try to get to the Tower to visit again after 40 years. A quick search online brought up the Headout site where we had all the information we needed at our fingertips to book tickets there and then for entry in 90 minutes time so we were able to find our way and arrive on time with no queing for tickets. The experience surpassed every expectation we had, from the immersive information displays, the atmosphere as we passed through the buildings and grounds to the splendour of the Crown Jewels. A special mention to the Volunteers who were so knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. Everything was very well organized and absolutely worth seeing, especially the Tower Bridge.
