It was a very well organized place. I loved the fact that it is much more than the Crown Jewels. It is like a little village where people (guards) still live in nowadays. Amazing for children as well because of all the attractions and theatres during the visit. Would come back!

We had an unexpected free day in London at the end of our stay so decided we'd try to get to the Tower to visit again after 40 years. A quick search online brought up the Headout site where we had all the information we needed at our fingertips to book tickets there and then for entry in 90 minutes time so we were able to find our way and arrive on time with no queing for tickets. The experience surpassed every expectation we had, from the immersive information displays, the atmosphere as we passed through the buildings and grounds to the splendour of the Crown Jewels. A special mention to the Volunteers who were so knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. It was the best experience of our visit and we stayed for 90 minutes longer than planned to fit in all that was on offer to see. Thanks to Headout the whole process of booking was A1

It was very full as far as the Tower of London was concerned. I had booked for 17:45 at london eye and we were only able to queue from that time and not before... (perhaps it would be better to inform us at the time of booking, which asks us to be there 15 minutes before the time indicated...). Despite this, our experience was incredible! 😍

Easy access with the online ticket. The Tower of London is an impressive medieval medieval fortress. You have access at various points. We had a wonderful time and the half day trip to Windsor Castle was defenitley worth it! If you are thinking about going, do it! Our guide Ava and driver Trisha were excellent! The bus was very nice and clean, and pick up was a breeze. There was plenty of room on the bus as the entire group size ended up only being about 20 people, which was nice! Trisha was an excellent driver and very nice! Ava was fantastic and talked about some of the history of the castle and royalty on the ride up. Ava walked us up to the castle and gave us our wristbands for entry. She gave great instructions on how to get back to the bus after as well. After going through quick security, We got there just in time to see the changing of the guard. We had plenty of time to see the State Apartments & St.George Chapel (we skipped the dollhouse) & then grabbed some coffee and did some shopping before heading back to the bus. Only a few times/rooms throughout the tour did it feel busy/crowded, so it was nice to take our time and see everything without having to wait on people/room to move around. We were dropped back off at our pickup point after. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting London and has never been to Windsor before.

The tower for Halloween was incredibly cool! But you shouldn't plan anything after that, it's really a one-day event. The view from the London Eye is amazing, but it's pretty damn high.

Despite living in England for over 50 years I had never visited Tower of London or Tower Bridge. We could not believe how big the site for Tower of London was once inside. It was like another community once inside the walls. Totally amazing experience as was Tower Bridge.

A must-see in London! A place steeped in history, magnificent. You'll need time (about 4 hours) to see it all, but you can't really see them go by.

The Tower is a super interesting place with a lot of history. It's amazing how close you can get to the ravens. They are just at home there. The view from the Tower Brigde through the glass floor is totally crazy, but once you've got over it - totally amazing.

All in all, a very worthwhile experience. There is so much to see that it is difficult to choose just one thing. But the crown jewels and the ravens were very impressive.

Ticketing experience and APP were very easy to use. It was nice to have all of the details made in advance. Very user friendly APP and easy to store tickets on my mobile wallet, etc.

Fun activity... Definitely recommended, well worth its money. The ravens were my favorites ... Didn't have to queue for the Crown Jewels ... Which were also worth seeing.

I think that every tour should have an audio guide, having to pay at the Crown Jewels makes the experience not the best.

At the London eye there were people, early September, but the queue was going very fast. The cabin we were in was not crowded and the views were spectacular. At the Tower of London we waited for the guided tour by the Yeoman, Tom, and it was very very enjoyable and fun. It was well worth it.

Well, we loved it, a spectacular place that makes you travel back in time. Lis will finish, and the Raven, great. And the London Bridge is amazing, to see from above the river and the city is beautiful.

Joe was a fantastic guide, and the tour itself was wonderful. Absolutely amazing historical sight. Loved the crown jewel collections, and the white tower exhibits.

We are from the USA and our first time to London. We had no idea the London Bridge was next to the London Tower! Also the view of the old and the new modern architecture was very cool To see from the top of the tower.

You no longer had to queue at the ticket office, but could enter the tower immediately. Booked appointments could be rescheduled without any problems. You should choose an early time, as there are a lot of people visiting the tower at lunchtime.

It was a magical experience for myself and the family, easy top book and to get around, extra points for giving a free map! All staff really friendly, helpful ans knowledge!
