Combo (Save 5%): Malbork Castle with Audio Guide + Stutthof Concentration Camp Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Tickets

In the middle of March, on a Friday, there were very few visitors. You could get into all the rooms and exhibits without any problems. The audio guide worked very well and accurately. The tiket sale, audio output is no longer in the place as indicated. An employee sent us on.

We enjoyed the visit. We had been told in advance that the ticket would be forfeited if we didn't get there on time. As our train arrived at 11.40 am, we "ran" to the castle. The stress would not have been necessary as the people there were very relaxed. We were refused a rebooking half an hour later and the ticket was 10 zloty more expensive with them. We could have saved ourselves all this if we hadn't booked through them...

Simon, my driver, and Anna/Anya, my guide, were terrific. Both lovely, friendly people. The whole trip and experience was fascinating and I very much enjoyed it. I knew very little about Stutthof before I visited and now it is somewhere I intend to research

Our visit to the castle was very nice, but we had to pay extra for the audio-guide, even though it was indicated in our booking that it was included. They told us that our ticket was not valid for both. So be sure to get all the information you need before selling tickets.

We have problems with the booking, yesterday we book an at the stop the driver wasnt there, today when we arrive at the place the app told us to be at 8:30 am and we were there from 8:00 am and it wasn't until we had wi-fi that we got a message that said that we had to be at 7:30 am not 8:30am as the app says. We ask do a Solution and it was none solution, we ask for a refound or a Reschedule and same answer, even when we didn't got the correct info

I am still waiting to hear back from my email I sent on Saturday in regards to the incorrect ticket

Although I had to wait 45 min for email with tickets there is plenty to do if you there 2hrs before your entry time. Quick queue to pick up audio guide and off you go.
