When we arrived we entered our booking reference sent via email and the email we entered whilst booking and it kept saying your tickets could not be located. We were told by staff at Central Park zoo this occurs frequently within Headout ! Disgusting taking peoples money and not providing them with the service described , really ruined our last day and left us out of pocket ! Would not recommend and will definitely not be using again !
